It's a muted plum lip color. As someone with a cool dark skin tone, I use it just like a lip balm. The color payoff isn't too intense, which I appreciate given how moisturizing it is. Among hydrating lipsticks, this one has the best staying power. The formula is like a firm, tinted lip balm. I wish it were a bit more affordable. If you have a light undertone, you absolutely must get this... It's a truly gorgeous ruby plum shade! It has a subtle depth without being heavy, and it's just so beautiful! Personally, I found this product completely satisfying! I'm using it with absolute contentment! Shades 19-21 Winter Deep Firstly, the color matches me perfectly, has great staying power, and provides excellent hydration. I'm even using it as a blusher. Ultimately, this shade suits me best, so I keep repurchasing it. While the packaging isn't my personal style, it's still clean and decent. It's fragrance-free.

I bought this lip balm for a light application, and I'm pleased with how smoothly and softly it glides on. It's a red lip with a slight plum tint, but since it's a lip balm, the color isn't too intense. It's great for daily use and even satisfying for a bare-faced look. As it's a lip balm, the color payoff isn't intense and the staying power isn't long-lasting. It can easily smudge depending on the temperature, so you need to apply it gently. If you want a more intense color, it's better to apply multiple thin layers rather than pressing hard for a single thick application.
