There's nothing I dislike about it! At first, I thought it might not lather as well as my previous shampoos, but that's not the case at all. In fact, the more I use it, the richer and more luxurious the lather feels.

To use less shampoo, try this method: Wet your hair thoroughly, then apply small amounts of shampoo to your hands, lather up, and apply multiple times. This works better than putting a large amount directly on your scalp all at once!

I'd only recommend this to those with sensitive scalps who aren't concerned about hair texture.

For a low pH cleanser, its cleansing effectiveness wasn't bad. I'm not sure if it contains menthol, but it felt refreshing and cool, which might have contributed to that sensation. I used two bottles consecutively, but I'm not certain if it actually helped manage my sensitive scalp. Nevertheless, my scalp continued to be sensitive.
