Please keep in mind that I don't have super sensitive skin, so consider that while reading. *Application: The roll-on applicator allows for effortless absorption without the need to manually pat it in. Initially, it felt a bit rich, but within about 10 seconds, it absorbs well, leaving the skin feeling fresh. *Irritation: It wasn't irritating at all. Despite containing tea tree, it doesn't have an overwhelming cooling sensation. It has a pleasantly mild refreshing feel. This would likely have a great soothing effect for those with severe itching, without causing irritation. While I don't have sensitive skin, I am acne-prone, and this didn't cause any new blemishes. *Scent: The fragrance is closer to a medicinal scent with hints of tea tree, rather than a typical cosmetic smell. Personally, I'm not a fan of standard cosmetic fragrances, so I found this quite pleasant. The scent isn't overpowering. *Effectiveness: It seems pretty good. As I have oily skin, the hydration level was just right for me. However, those with dry skin might find it slightly lacking in moisture.
Cons*Effectiveness: I'm not sure about its significant effects. The product seems primarily designed for hydration and soothing of atopic or severely itchy skin, but since I don't have such skin concerns, I can't speak to how well it relieves itching. Being formulated for sensitive skin, it feels like it creates a protective layer rather than deeply hydrating. For those with normal skin, it might feel a bit lacking in moisture when used as a night cream.

I got the chance to try the Soothing Cooler as part of The Hwahae Testers program. First off, it was so convenient that I could easily apply it to my back, unlike body emulsions that required a lot of arm twisting. It was also great for applying to the psoriasis areas because it's so hydrating.
ConsCompared to the rolling action, a lot of product comes out, so you need to pat it in with your hands for better absorption. That was a bit disappointing. I think it would be more user-friendly if just the right amount came out without needing to pat it in.
TipIt seems like a great product for applying to itchy or dry areas!
