It's gentle on the skin and leaves your body feeling incredibly soft after use. You'll want to keep touching your skin! The baby powder scent makes it even more delightful! It's not the most hygienic, and the exfoliating particles are a bit coarse. For best results, I recommend patting your skin slightly dry before applying the product. - 22********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 9, 2024
It's gentle and non-irritating. The fragrance is so pleasant, it really lifts my mood. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. The scent is nice, it doesn't cause irritation, and it even exfoliates well. - wn*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 25, 2024
True to Laneige's style, this scrub has a lovely scent. The granules are so soft that they don't irritate the skin at all. Sometimes when I'm in the mood for a more intense exfoliation, the gentle nature can feel a bit underwhelming. But considering that harsh scrubbing isn't good for the skin, it's a minor drawback I can live with. - pe********Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 9, 2024
I used up the whole bottle. Even with sensitive skin, it exfoliates well without irritation. The best part is the scent - it's absolutely divine. A white, rich, and fragrant aroma. None. Hwahae, please get rid of those annoying points already! Seriously, don't you listen to feedback? - al*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedAug 25, 2023
This scrub has large granules that dissolve well. Unlike similar large-volume scrubs, the contents in the container remain firm without getting watery. After scrubbing, the granules melt away, leaving behind a moisturizing formula that hydrates effectively. The baby powder scent is absolutely delightful! The scrub granules dissolve quite easily. If you prefer a coarser texture and want to really scrub hard (like on your heels), you might find this a bit disappointing. For better hydration, wait a moment before rinsing off after use instead of washing it away immediately. - dq********Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsAug 13, 2023
- For a scrub, the particles are small, so it's not too harsh on the skin. - It has a moisturizing effect. My skin feels soft and supple. - The amount you get is quite generous. - The tub packaging makes it easy for water to get in. - The scent is a bit disappointing compared to other scrub products. (It's not overpowering, but has a milk + slightly sour lemon fragrance) All scrubs can be somewhat irritating, so moisturizing is essential. Applying aloe vera gel for soothing followed by a moisturizing cream is even more effective. Using a scrub 1-2 times a week seems to be ideal. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedMay 13, 2023
The texture is delightfully thick, and while the scrub particles are large, they gradually dissolve as you massage, giving you a satisfying sense of dead skin cells being effectively removed. Thanks to the milk content, I notice that the exfoliated areas feel less dry compared to untreated skin, which is quite pleasing. Given that it's sugar-based, you might feel the need to use more product compared to non-dissolving scrubs. However, using a bit extra doesn't feel burdensome, so it's not a significant drawback. - so********Dry SkinRecommendedNov 29, 2022
Here's my review after purchasing from Olive Young! My body isn't particularly dry, so I decided to try this scrub since it has a sugar-based formula. The scent is similar to the white body wash from Lavey - a subtle cotton fragrance. I really like it, but if you're not a fan of cotton scents, you might not enjoy it. When you think of scrubs, you usually imagine something very coarse, but this product has small particles that make it pleasant to use. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin, you might want to avoid scrubs altogether. The texture really does feel like sugar particles in jam - it's like applying milk tea jam! As for effectiveness, using it twice a week definitely makes your elbows soft and smooth. That's why I highly recommend it! There's not really anything to complain about, but the spoon that comes with it doesn't scoop well for me. I found it easier to apply by scooping it out with my hands. After applying, gently massage it in and then rinse off - it's amazing! - sn********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 29, 2022
As someone with severe keratosis pilaris all over my body, I consider myself quite the expert on body scrubs! This goat milk body scrub feels much thicker than others when scooped out. While other sugar scrubs have a syrupy thickness, this one has a honey-like consistency. Perhaps that's why it feels less abrasive when rubbing it on the skin - it's like there's a layer of thick honey between the scrub and your skin. When you use it, the sugar particles stick to your body instead of scattering everywhere. Don't worry though, it still exfoliates effectively. Thanks to its formulation, it leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturized. I'd rank it between Frou sugar scrub and Frou salt scrub in terms of effectiveness. There's a slight milky scent when applying, but it doesn't linger after rinsing. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with how smooth it leaves my skin! The flat jar design makes me worry about water pooling inside. They do provide a spatula, which helps, but I still think water might collect. The lack of fragrance is a bit disappointing. While all scrubs lose some scent when washed off, this one doesn't have much of a scent even during application. It slightly diminishes that spa-like, pampering experience. It's a minor drawback, but noticeable. You'll need to be careful to keep water from pooling inside the container. While the included spatula is nice, using a Baskin Robbins ice cream spoon as a spatula is actually a great hack for this!
