I can't think of any particular downsides. The performance was actually quite satisfactory. I've used it a few times, but couldn't find any positives. It's not particularly cheap either. If you're planning to use it after makeup, you might as well just touch up your makeup instead. I applied it to my skin in the morning before using cushion foundation, but whether I use it or not, my skin gets oily in the afternoon just the same. I'm not sure if this product really works as an oil-absorbing stick...
