The product quality is excellent. The formula strikes a perfect balance between feel and longevity. It's also quite nice for creating a subtle shadow on the aegyo sal (under-eye area). Slightly disappointing that it's not a color I reach for very often. - im*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRednessDead Skin CellsAug 2, 2024
After looking at several products for an under-eye brightener, I finally bought the Cle de Peau concealer pencil. To be honest, despite the positive reviews, I'm not sure what I found particularly great about this product. I'm puzzled by the high price tag. Also, I purchased this to brighten my under-eye area rather than conceal, but after using it, I feel it doesn't suit my purpose. The pigmentation seems weak, which was disappointing. For filling in the under-eye area, I'd recommend eyeshadow or other products instead. - on********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 5, 2023
It's similar to Bbia 11 Linen Beige, but with a slight pink undertone. They're so alike that you might not notice the difference without swatching both! I like that it has slightly better staying power than Bbia and applies in a finer line. Check out my review for more swatches of shade 11 with light undertone! The price point is high, so you could substitute it with Bbia Linen Beige. It's expensive. - rl**********Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 17, 2023
I was torn between this and 707 (for covering dark lines and blemishes), but for those with lighter skin tones, 706 is sufficient to conceal freckles and dark spots! It's also great for retouching under-eye purple dark circles after using concealer. It's like the finishing touch that elevates your look - similar to how you'd use colored pencils to refine a painting after using watercolors. Recently, I've been loving using this alone over sunscreen just under my eyes. It gives a much clearer, more natural 'bare-faced' look. It's a bit dark, and it can be challenging to blend and cover blemishes effectively. If you're not too particular about skin coverage and just want to conceal some darkness, it's great to swipe this on after sunscreen and blend with a brush. It pairs wonderfully with the Marubi concealer brush. - jo*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 25, 2022
It's great for concealing small areas like dark circles or blemish marks. The thin packaging makes it easy to carry around, and it provides pretty good coverage too. It would be nice if it were available for purchase in offline stores as well.
