I absolutely adore this mask! It's my favorite among all the Lush masks. Even though I usually prefer unscented products, the subtle lavender? fragrance is delightful! It's great at removing dead skin cells, and after using it, my skin feels incredibly soft and smooth. There's nothing I dislike about it. Please don't discontinue or reformulate it! I've used over 5 tubs of this product. When it comes to hydration, no other mask can compare. The price is wickedly high... A small tub of this mask costs nearly $30, and the larger one is just under $50... Love that I can use the red bean powder for both scrubbing and as a mask! It's moisturizing, and the lavender ingredient is great for soothing the face. The only slight inconvenience is having to wash it off. If your skin is sensitive to irritation, it's best to gently wipe off the scrub. I went to buy Mask of Magnaminty but fell in love with this instead. After using it, my skin feels incredibly soft and supple. It has similar effects to Mask of Magnaminty overall, but it seems to have additional exfoliating properties that help remove dead skin cells. It's perfect for summer use! I thought Mask of Magnaminty was expensive, but this is even pricier. It's cheaper if you buy it from Lush Japan.

Pro tip: Since this product contains particles, gently massage it with lukewarm water before cleansing for better removal. For the beauty sleep effect, apply a slightly thicker layer. A thin application tends to dry out quickly.

The strong lavender scent makes it perfect for use before bed! It gently exfoliates dead skin cells and has a soothing effect after application. There's nothing particularly bad, but depending on personal preference, some might find the lavender scent a bit intense.
