  This product was perfect for light summer use. I really hate when my skin gets oily, but this one didn't cause that at all. I could apply it and go about my day feeling fresh.

  I'm a bit disappointed with its long-lasting hydration. It seems to absorb quickly, but my skin feels dry again soon after.

  Pros

  The hydration is incredible, and it's truly moisturizing. Among all the emulsions I've purchased and applied, this one feels the most hydrating.

  Cons

  The downside is that it's so hydrating that it has a watery, almost medicinal consistency. Unlike regular emulsions, it doesn't seem to maintain moisture for as long.

  Pros

  I've been using this for about a week, and first off, I love that it's fragrance-free. It's so gentle, which is fantastic. As someone with combination skin that gets particularly dry in winter and oily in summer, finding the right skincare can be challenging. That's why I'm always on the lookout for gentle products. Round Lab products are known for being mild, so I've been trying them all. This one stands out as especially gentle, and it absorbs well into the skin! The texture is nice too. While the emulsion is quite soft, it's hydrating enough that you could use it in place of a toner. I think it's the best product after their birch line.

  Cons

  There's not really anything to complain about, but the lasting power seems a bit weak. I find myself applying it generously to compensate.

  Tip

  This emulsion is so hydrating that you could use it instead of a toner and still get enough moisture.
