I was really excited to try this product, and I was so happy when I was selected as a Hwahae Trial Reviewer before Chuseok. After using it for two days, here's my review. (My skin type is oily, and this summer, my skin has become even oilier, to the point where I don't even need to apply anything on my face when I'm at home.) First of all, the texture is translucent and feels like a flowing moisturizer. It applies very thinly and has a fragrance-free formula, so it feels gentle. It seems to have an exfoliating effect, likely due to the LHA ingredient. I think it would be great for oily skin in the summer. Oh, and it's a very, very large size. I think it will last a long time, even if I use it on my body.
Cons
When I first applied it on the back of my hand and rubbed it in, it felt moisturizing and lasting. But when I used it on my face during the transitional weather, it felt drying. As the product dries, it seems to have a drying effect, so if you use it for exfoliation, you might need to apply a cream on top. Also, it didn't have a soothing effect for my sensitive skin.
