Pros
This is a review after using up one bottle. I tried this product because it was said to be gentle and effective, with both vitamin C and retinol. First of all, the application is very smooth, and the scent is also good. After applying, my skin seems to become smoother.

Even though it is said to be mild, since my skin is dry, I found it to be dry the next day even after applying it in the evening and layering a cream. Pros
Around the time my period ends, my skin tends to get extremely irritated, and I invariably end up with a lot of minor folliculitis this time as well. I heard that retinol can be irritating to the skin, so I started applying an ointment and managing it until it got better, then began using it. The ads make it seem like this is an all-purpose product that strengthens the skin barrier, reduces pores, and brightens the skin, so I started using it with high expectations. There was a new uneven texture or something under my eyes that had become quite prominent, but it disappeared after using the serum. (The pre-existing uneven texture didn't completely go away, though.) There were reviews saying it reduces pores as well, but I didn't see any effect like the pores on my cheeks caused by wearing a mask disappearing as if they were corrected. Instead, they seemed to be slightly improved. Some people recommend mixing it with a cream, but I would recommend just applying it on its own. Even though my skin is somewhat sensitive, I didn't particularly feel any stinging.
Cons
Even though I bought it during the Olive Young sale, I still feel like it's expensive. I haven't seen any skin whitening effects.

Sample product review. It lasts quite a long time, even though the sample size is only 6g. There's not much difference between the sample and the full-size product. As I have relatively insensitive skin, I didn't notice any remarkable effects. I mainly focus on the application and texture when using it. The scent has a medicinal herbal aroma, which is quite strong, though I don't find it particularly pleasant or unpleasant. The pump dispenser and the overall design seem quite nice. Probably because I don't apply a lot at once due to the thick texture, the product lasts me quite a long time.

Using retinol and vitamin C together can be too irritating, so you have to use them alternately. But this product contains both, which is great. It's convenient to be able to manage pores and whitening at the same time. It's also not as irritating as I expected. The skin texture becomes smooth right from the next day.
