It's moisturizing and absorbs well. The color payoff is great and it looks beautiful. Unfortunately, the staying power isn't great. When reapplying, it tends to bring up dead skin cells that weren't visible before. - in********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 16, 2024
The color is so vibrant, perfect for spring use! I bought the Dew Balm in Water Rose color before and applied it haphazardly, using it up in no time. This time, I thought I'd try a different shade and went for a brighter one. No regrets at all! I love this product because it absorbs well and doesn't feel sticky. While it's a bit on the pricier side, the amount you get is quite generous, which is great. The case design is unique, but it does look a bit cheap. I suppose it's unavoidable with the transparent plastic material. It's also slightly on the larger side. The staying power isn't great, but that's to be expected with a lip balm type product. It's not a big issue since the formula is light enough that you can reapply frequently without it feeling heavy. While it looks pretty on its own, this product truly shines when applied over a lip tint. - km****Oily SkinRecommendedMar 22, 2024
It absorbs incredibly smoothly and provides decent hydration. The color payoff is great and the shade is beautiful. I have a warm undertone and darker skin, and it suits me well. I'd say it's a pink-coral shade. The staying power isn't particularly impressive. You need to reapply, but since the color payoff is so intense, it feels a bit overwhelming to layer. It functions more like a tint than a lip balm, which is disappointing. I bought it for a natural look, so the high pigmentation is actually a drawback for me. I was hoping for more of an orange tint, but it leans more pink, which is also slightly disappointing. - qi******Dry SkinAug 26, 2023
The color is pretty and it applies well for a lip balm. As someone with cool-toned skin, I found it looks great when I apply this and then gradient with a darker shade on the inner lips. I have particularly sensitive lips, and if I use the wrong lip product, I immediately get cheilitis. Unfortunately, this one triggered it. When I used it for two days during a trip, my lips started oozing and became a mess. On the third day, I couldn't apply anything except plain lip balm. If you're like me and have severe cheilitis and need to be careful with lip products, please reconsider using this. - bp****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRednessRecommendedAug 2, 2023
- Complexion: Not entirely sure. My skin has a yellowish undertone + slightly tanned with occasional blemish marks and a bit of redness on the cheeks. The biggest advantage is that you can apply it effortlessly without a mirror. Pomelo Dew has a natural coral hue with a slight orange tint. I love how it blends seamlessly into bare skin without looking patchy. With my slightly yellowish and tanned skin tone (though not extreme), Pomelo suited me best when applied. It's a natural coral shade that would likely complement fair skin as well. (Subjective impression: It feels like a mix of 20% pink, 30% red, and 50% orange.) The staying power is weak, and the cap tends to loosen with use. While it doesn't open by itself, it's so easy to open that you need to carry it in a separate pouch or compartment. If you want to use it like a tinted lip balm, apply it alone. For better longevity, apply a more pigmented and long-lasting product first, then swipe this on a couple of times as the final step. The mix of two colors becomes slightly more vibrant, and the staying power improves compared to using this product alone. When using two products together, given this product's formula, it's best to apply a matte finish product first and use this one last. - hh****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 8, 2023
The color is absolutely gorgeous and it applies so smoothly. It's perfectly moisturizing without feeling heavy on the skin. The actual case design is even more beautiful than in the photos! While it suits warm skin tones, it's not the best shade for darker complexions. - jh*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMay 3, 2023
The color is vibrant and beautiful. It's moisturizing and has great pigmentation. Being a lip balm type, it tends to attract dust. The case also looks a bit flimsy. - ys******Dry SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 16, 2023
First off, it combines the moisturizing effect of a lip balm with vibrant color payoff, all in Amuse's signature stylish packaging. With so many tinted lip balms flooding the market these days, it's refreshing to see one with such a distinct identity. While there's nothing particularly negative to point out, I wouldn't recommend this if you're not a fan of bold color. It's more like a hydrating lipstick than a typical lip balm. They offer an engraving service through KakaoTalk's gift feature. I believe you can even choose your own personalization. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 31, 2023
Beautiful color, nice lip balm-like texture. The slight tint is a nice touch. The packaging feels a bit flimsy... And it might emphasize dead skin cells ever so slightly, haha! - db******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 24, 2023
Even with just one application, the color payoff is excellent. As time passes, while the glossy finish fades, it leaves a beautiful stain that makes your lips look absolutely gorgeous! I usually prefer matte formulas, so this texture was new to me, but lately I've been using only this! Once I finish it, I definitely plan to repurchase! To be honest, I love this product so much that I couldn't find anything to complain about!
