I bought this because it was recommended for combination dehydrated skin, and it's really nice! I used shade 23, and it matches my skin well. The coverage is truly excellent. It leaves a powdery finish, so my skin doesn't get as oily! When it starts to break down, it gets a bit... patchy? So when I tried to touch up my makeup, it would lift a little. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 20, 2025
I've been using this product for a long time, and I still love it. While I'm not sure about its coverage, the adherence to the skin is great. I didn't experience any darkening effect. I'd recommend this for those with a complexion around 23. It's easy to control the amount you use, making it convenient for quick application. There was no patchiness or floating on the skin. It breaks down too quickly on the skin. Other than that, I can't think of any other downsides! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 29, 2025
The coverage was incredible when I used it! The adherence was great too. I have oily skin, but this cushion works for oily, combination, and dry skin types. That's why I decided to try it. When I first applied the cushion, my skin had such a beautiful glow and looked so clean without feeling heavy. I loved it! Plus, the amount of product is really generous. Unlike other cushions, they sell both the full product and refills. I found it on K* for 22,000 won, which is amazing value for money! It's truly remarkable. It looked gorgeous when I first applied it, but there were issues. My skin tone is between 23 and 32, so I bought shade 23 to match. However, Clio's cushions generally run lighter than other brands. The worst part was the darkening effect. The way it broke down was strange, and if you don't touch up, it completely ruins your complexion. Powder is absolutely necessary. Even though my skin is on the darker side, the cushion darkened significantly, which was shocking. Since I have sensitive skin, I also developed a few blemishes... sigh. Make sure to control the amount you use and apply carefully, otherwise your skin might look heavy! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 19, 2025
Compared to previous Clio cushions, I loved how this one applies thinly and seems to have reduced yellow undertones significantly. While it required careful control of the amount used, once applied properly, it had good staying power. Due to its thin application, it does have less coverage than previous cushions. While I prefer a thinner application with less coverage over thick application with high coverage, Clio is known for coverage, so I was a bit disappointed it didn't conceal blemishes well. Also, if you accidentally apply too much, it can look cakey and break down unattractively. This cushion requires some attention when applying. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 16, 2025
The coverage seems decent, and I love the cooling effect when applying! Plus, at 15g, you get a ton of product. This cushion had the worst darkening I've ever experienced. Since that's my top priority when choosing a cushion, I was really disappointed. I have combination skin, and it didn't make my complexion look pretty at all. It applies quite thick, and when it breaks down, it emphasizes texture terribly. I'm trying to sell it, even though it comes with a refill. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 14, 2025
The coverage and finish are so good, it goes without saying. The shades are well-matched to different complexions, so it worked great when my skin tone changed during summer. The biggest drawback is probably how it settles into nose creases and breaks down over time. My T-zone is oily, so as oil builds up, the makeup around my nose area looks a bit messy and deteriorates. The cheek area holds up better though. I have combination dehydrated skin, so I layer on plenty of hydration in my skincare routine first. For my nose, I can't do much, but lightly pressing some powder helps it last quite a while. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 7, 2024
It has a matte finish and absorbs well. The color looks natural on my face, which I love. Great staying power too. It tends to break down a bit messily. As time passes, it separates around the nose, cheeks, and forehead. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSep 25, 2024
I love using Kill Cover! It provides great coverage and is so affordable. Unfortunately, in the afternoon when my makeup starts to break down, it tends to look a bit messy. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 17, 2024
It neutralizes yellow undertones and gives a soft, plump look. Even with a thin layer, it noticeably changes your complexion and makes your skin appear flawless. It transfers easily and leaves marks. Perhaps because I have extremely oily skin, without powder, my face becomes shiny within 2 hours of application. If you don't set it properly, it tends to break down quickly. I finally figured out how to apply it properly when I was almost done with the whole tube! Use the tip of the puff to pick up a tiny amount - so little you'd think it's not enough - and dab it evenly all over your face. Then use the flat side of the puff to blend it out thoroughly. If you apply too much, it will break down, but you really only need a small amount. Just use concealer for larger blemishes. If you set it with a fixing spray and powder, it truly won't budge and stays flawless until night. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinSep 7, 2024
The coverage is excellent and it makes my skin look healthy. It doesn't feel overly drying either. Unfortunately, it tends to darken a bit over time. After a few hours, it starts to break down and doesn't look as nice.
