I have never had any pimples, dandruff, or flakes on my scalp or hair, and the cleansing power is also good. I felt the calming effect on my scalp more than on my hair.
ConsPersonally, I was not bothered by it, but the fragrance is similar to a traditional herbal shampoo, so it may be divisive. From my experience of using it for a long time, my hair became very stiff and coarse. When I go out or visit my hometown, I use a regular shampoo, and that's when my hair feels softer. However, after using a regular shampoo for a long time, my hair starts to feel itchy and like something is crawling on it, so I end up going back to the Healing Force shampoo.
TipIf it becomes too stiff, you might want to try using a conditioner or looking for a hair essence product.
