It worked well without causing any issues on my sensitive skin. The lack of breakouts was the best part. Ingredients: It's an FDA-approved functional cosmetic with 88% panthenol-S for whitening and wrinkle improvement. It also has skin-soothing ingredients and helps fade blemish marks. The product comes in a regular ampoule bottle with a label that's easy to peel off for recycling.
ConsAfter application, there's very little oiliness left. So for dry skin, using it alone might be a bit drying. It's better to use it with a cream or oil. It seems to work well for oily skin though. There are some potentially irritating ingredients for sensitive skin, but I didn't have any issues. However, if your skin is not in the best condition, it might sting a bit at first. The scent is a mix of centella and herbal notes. Some people may not like it. The scent fades quickly after application. I haven't seen any dramatic effects yet, so I think consistent use is needed to see the benefits.

It's not too thin or too thick, so it spreads on easily. That's why I applied it after using the toner! ✔️Absorption I was worried the viscosity might hinder absorption, but it absorbed quickly without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised by the great absorption - I'm very satisfied! ✔️Moisturizing While the moisturizing effect isn't very nourishing due to the cold, dry winter, it can help control dryness to some extent. As a calming ampoule, the nourishment is on the lower side. I'd recommend using it more during transitional seasons rather than winter. ✔️And I'm so touched by the eco-friendly packaging!🫣
Cons✔️Peculiarities The ingredients in the calming ampoule may divide opinions. When I first used it, I found it a bit stinging. Fortunately, it became fine with continued use, but there may be others who don't react as well. ✔️Fragrance It has a distinctive herbal (like mint) or medicinal scent. While I generally enjoy natural fragrances, this one was not my favorite. ✔️Soothing Effect Other users seem to have been greatly satisfied with the soothing effect, but I didn't experience the level of calming I had expected. As I have a sensitive skin type, I didn't see much improvement in the redness.🥲

Application: The application was smooth, with a slight stickiness initially that disappeared after absorption. Volume: The volume was not significantly different from other ampoules I have used before. Price: I think the price is not overly expensive for an ampoule. Packaging: The packaging was pleasant when I received it, and it came with a sticker as well.
ConsFragrance: The fragrance was quite strong, reminiscent of centella. Ingredients: Overall, the ingredients were decent, but there seemed to be some sensitivity-related ingredients, as my skin felt slightly irritated after application. Effectiveness: The product did not provide significant effects, only preventing my skin troubles from worsening. Hydration: Additional hydration is needed. I applied both the ampoule and a moisturizer.

My skin has acne and I'm currently undergoing treatment at a dermatologist, so it's become very sensitive.. But after using this product, my acne (whiteheads) and pimples have subsided a lot.. It's amazing. 🧖🏻♀️ I usually avoid oily products, and I don't even use serum or ampoules, but this product feels light and not greasy at all. 🧖🏻♀️ Compared to other brand's e-soap products, I'm really satisfied with this one.. The e-soap caused breakouts for me, but this one seems to be doing its job of soothing my skin. The texture also feels clearer (3rd photo: first one is e-soap, second one is this product). 🧖🏻♀️ The scent is so nice that I even apply a little bit behind my ears when I sleep.. When I went to the dermatologist clinic, I immediately recognized that scent as soon as I started using the product!
Cons🧖🏻♀️ After applying, it feels a bit sticky! During the winter season when there's a lot of friction from the outdoor environment, it can be a bit irritating in those areas! But when I wake up after applying it, I was amazed at the unique texture of my skin. I'm really satisfied with it. Even though I received it for free this time, I plan to purchase it next time!

I really liked the non-sticky feeling!! So I want to recommend it. However, it may be felt differently depending on the skin type, and I felt the moisture supply was just right. I felt this was really great, it's the best. There wasn't an excessive change, but my skin seemed to be soothed???? I need to use it a bit more, but it was too good for my dry skin. Except for the slightly high price range, it provided the right amount of moisture to my skin and didn't make it feel stretched or dry, so I think the ampoule did its job.
ConsThe disappointing thing is that the moisturizing effect doesn't last long. And it stung quite a bit on the parts of my skin that were a little damaged and flipped over... I suddenly winced and only applied it generously to the good parts of my skin. The scent was not to my liking...
TipIt's better to apply it by rolling it on while your skin is still damp from showering. The amount is just right and it's the best.

It's almost a shame to open it, but then you realize it can be used as a bookmark too! I'm so touched by the thoughtful consideration. The idea of taking both skin and the environment into account is just amazing. The product is incredibly absorbent. When you apply it, it just sinks right in. I've heard that the cica products are great for trouble spots, and after using this, my skin really does feel better. Most importantly, I've always had those pesky little bumps around my temples (those who've tried to squeeze them know how painful it is), and I've tried everything from squeezing them out to the green tea oil paper method, but nothing seemed to make them go away. But after just two days of using this product, they're gone! There was one new pimple that popped up on my forehead, but I'm not sure if that was because of this product. So I decided to experiment and do a sheet mask with this cica ampoule, and sure enough, the pimple shrank and stopped being irritated. It seems like cica is really the way to go for trouble spots.
ConsSix stickers came with the product, but I didn't know what to do with them, so I just stuck them anywhere. I thought maybe I was supposed to decorate the bottle, but the stickers were bigger than the bottle, so I was like, 'Huh?' The product does sting a little when it gets in your eyes, but it's not too bad.
TipI also use this with my regular moisturizer, and I've found that it really boosts the absorption, so I'm really satisfied with it.

After applying it, it absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky or heavy at all. The packaging is also simple and cute, so I enjoy using it frequently!
ConsThe medicinal scent of the cica ingredients may be something to consider for those with sensitive skin. As someone with acne-prone skin, it stung quite a bit when applied to areas with wounds or popped pimples.

However, I tried this product and found that it didn't cause any issues during testing! 😊The delivery packaging is very eco-friendly! 😊The texture - it's slightly more viscous than water, but applies smoothly and cleanly. 😊Scent - Since I use a lot of centella-related products, I'm familiar with the earthy, herbal scent...it's the kind that might be divisive. 😊Ingredients - It contains centella, green tea, and tea tree extracts, which are focused on skin troubles. 😊Usage - After cleansing, use it as a toner, then apply the ampoule, and finish with a moisturizer.
Cons😥Stinging sensation on my skin!! Since I have sensitive skin, it didn't cause any additional breakouts, but there was a slight stinging sensation when I applied it. I read that the lemon extract, tea tree leaf, and salicylic acid ingredients can potentially irritate the skin. 😥The dropper doesn't dispense the product very well ㅜㅜ It would be great if they could improve this in a future reformulation.
Tip💕For those with dry skin, be sure to layer a moisturizer over the ampoule, as using the ampoule alone can be drying. 💕This product seems like it would be good for those with oily skin as well!

Those with dehydrated or dry skin may need an additional moisturizing ampoule ✔️Packaging - I was fascinated when opening the cosmetic packaging. An eco-friendly box without adhesives👍🏻
Cons✔️Cost-Effectiveness - The 30ml size lasts about a month to a month and a half when used morning and night, but the price is in the mid-20,000 KRW range ✔️Irritation - It contains ingredients like tea tree and exfoliants that sensitive skin types should be cautious of. On days when my skin is more sensitive, I do feel a slight stinging. Sensitive skin types should be careful
TipThe ampoule I used previously was reformulated, with the soothing ingredients significantly reduced and more purified water added, but even with the higher price range, I'm glad the formula is packed with ingredients that work well for my skin, so I think I'll continue using it regularly👍🏻👍🏻
