If you use it as the first step after cleansing and then use the moisturizing skin one more time, the moisturizing skin seems to be absorbed better without feeling like it's just sitting on top.

It lacks moisturizing power. Even after wiping it 7 times, it just feels like water was applied. On dry days, you have to use the moisturizing skin one more time.

It's decent. It's a water toner. It's good for just wiping off without any particular thought. On hot days, it feels refreshing and nice.
