Pros
As a shampoo nomad, I've tried many different anti-hair loss shampoos. My hair was falling out at an alarming rate, so I decided to try a men's shampoo as well. To my surprise, I've seen a noticeable improvement in my hair loss since using this product. It seems that this shampoo is a good match for me. The lather is rich and luxurious, with a strong masculine fragrance. The color is blue, and when used with the pre-wash, the foam is incredibly abundant. I've definitely experienced less hair shedding. There is a slightly stiff feeling after washing, but most anti-hair loss shampoos tend to have that effect, so it doesn't bother me much. (I'm fairly easygoing, and the stiffness can be addressed with a good conditioner.) After the pre-wash, there's a refreshing, cooling sensation as the heat dissipates. Alternating this shampoo with regular shampoos doesn't seem to diminish its effectiveness. The fragrance is quite potent and masculine, so I sometimes alternate with more feminine-scented shampoos. But in 99% of cases, I end up coming back to this one, as it's so effective for my hair loss. I'm the type of person who experiences noticeable oiliness if I skip a day of washing, but this shampoo keeps my hair feeling fresh and clean for much longer than other products.
Cons
While no shampoo is truly different, if I don't wash thoroughly or with enough care, I inevitably end up with scalp irritation. The fragrance is also quite polarizing - I personally enjoy it, but I can see how the strong scent could be off-putting for some.
