It's gentle on the skin and leaves it feeling hydrated. I also tried it as a mask, which worked great too.
Cons🤍 For my dry skin, it's not quite enough on its own, so I need to layer it with other products 🤍 Many people will mention this, but the strong mugwort/herbal scent might be polarizing. I found it a bit intense. Just smelling it gives off a healthy vibe, though it dissipates quickly.
TipI'd recommend trying all the methods suggested on the back of the package - as an exfoliating toner, mask, and mist. It seems versatile enough for all these uses!

The water-based formula is great. It's perfect for using as a toner by wiping with a cotton pad. The scent isn't too strong either - I'm usually sensitive to fragrances, but this was fine for me.
ConsIt works well on oily areas, but leaves dry patches feeling parched. Also, I don't feel like it's really absorbing into my skin, so I end up using it more as a wipe-off product with cotton pads.
TipIt's great to use as a mask with cotton pads while I'm drying my hair.

I especially avoid phenoxyethanol and shea butter as they cause flare-ups. However, this product is 100% mugwort, so I used it without worry. The texture is very watery and runny, so I opted for the 5-minute soothing mask method as recommended here, rather than using a cotton pad. After use, my skin feels noticeably hydrated without any stickiness. Most importantly, my skin didn't react negatively! (Of course, I patch-tested behind my ears and on my neck first.) I've only been using it for a week, so while it hasn't eliminated my skin texture yet, I'm already satisfied just with the fact that it doesn't irritate my skin and provides hydration. I've been a fan of Sidmool Calendula Mist and Avène Thermal Spring Water, but now I think Chaebi Space will be joining that list. I'm curious about their red ginseng and other products, but this large bottle will last me quite a while!
ConsThe scent isn't just a natural mugwort herb smell, it's more like mugwort rice cakes. It makes me hungry... Also, the cap was so tightly sealed that I had to use rubber gloves to finally open it!

Please keep that in mind! - Texture and absorption: The liquid texture isn't sticky at all and absorbs well into the skin, leaving no residue. (It worked well for combination and oily skin types, though I'm not sure about dry skin.) - Scent: It's the pure essence of mugwort! At first, I thought the scent might be polarizing, but I actually found it quite pleasant. It clearly showcases mugwort as the main ingredient, and I got used to it quickly. - Hydration: Usually, I use an exfoliating toner and one serum in the evening before blow-drying my hair. I tried this product as my exfoliating toner step, and my skin didn't feel tight or dry. It seemed to provide decent hydration, which was satisfactory for my skin type. (However, I wouldn't specifically recommend it for dry skin if hydration is the main concern.)
Cons- Scent: As mentioned earlier, the mugwort scent might be hit or miss for some. - Hydration: As I said before, the hydration is just okay.
TipWhile I mentioned the hydration was decent, remember that I only used it as an exfoliating toner. If you use it as a skin pack, it might provide even better hydration since it absorbs so well.

After patting it in a few times, it was immediately absorbed. Also, there's no stickiness, which makes it perfect for someone like me who hates that tacky feeling. As someone with dry skin, I've been looking for a product that absorbs well without being sticky, so I'm thrilled to have received this. It works hard for my skin!
ConsWhile it was fine for me, I think the scent might be polarizing. It has a strong mugwort fragrance, so those who dislike this kind of smell probably won't enjoy it.

Using a cotton pad might make application even easier. While you could use it as an exfoliating toner, I personally think that would be a bit wasteful. I initially used it that way, but later switched to patting it directly onto my face with my hands. Both methods worked well. Absorbs well: It absorbs quickly without feeling sticky. If I had discovered this product in summer, I probably would have used it alone at night. Even though I have dry skin, I can't stand overly rich products. Hydration: At first, I applied this like a toner and layered emulsion or cream on top. Later, I intentionally used only this product after evening cleansing for a few nights. Even in this autumn weather, it provided enough hydration on its own without my skin feeling tight. That was quite surprising. Some other popular water toners felt like plain water, but not this one. The photo shows my skin after using only this product, cleansing the next day, and applying it again. Besides hydration, it seems to have a calming effect on my complexion. Scent: It has notes of mugwort and a subtle herbal scent. I like mugwort, so I don't mind this fragrance, but it might be polarizing. Personally, I prefer it to artificial fragrances - it makes me feel like I'm applying something nourishing to my skin. The scent isn't overpowering, so it doesn't interfere much when layering other products. Packaging: I appreciate the simple, transparent bottle design. I'm not a fan of overly pink packaging, and this allows me to easily check how much product is left.
ConsIf I had to find a downside, the amount seems a bit small. If used as a regular toner, it might run out quickly. Also, while I don't mind the scent personally, it might not appeal to everyone.
TipAs mentioned earlier, I think it's better to pat this in for absorption rather than using it as an exfoliating toner. Think of it as helping your skin absorb beneficial ingredients. You could even try using it as a mask for extra benefits.

I use it by gently patting it in twice, which feels sufficient. - My skin is slightly sensitive and tends to turn red with incompatible products, but this didn't cause any issues, which was reassuring. - Rather than being a skin-improving product, it seems like a gentle and safe option for everyday use.
ConsThere's a hint of herbal scent, which I personally find pleasant and healthy-smelling. However, this might be a love-it-or-hate-it feature for some users.
