First off, true to its 'watery' name, the formula is indeed thin and hydrating! 1. The color applies with a clear, fresh look that's perfect for spring. 2. Even when layered, I didn't experience any pilling. 3. The color seems to intensify with each application. 4. I was pleased that it didn't emphasize my lip lines! 5. While the staining power isn't super intense, it does leave a nice tint. 6. The color has more of a pink undertone than I expected! The more you apply, the more the pink base really shines through. 1. As the name 'Watery Blur' suggests, it has a watery texture, but the moisturizing effect is only present during application. It dries down to a velvety finish on the lips. 2. I recommend exfoliating if you have any dead skin cells on your lips before applying! While I didn't experience much emphasis on lip flakes, I could tell it might cling to dry patches if they were present. 3. The longevity is a bit disappointing. While I appreciate that the staining power isn't too intense, I wish it lasted longer on the lips. I don't have any groundbreaking tips, but I found that applying a lip gloss or a super glossy tint over this looks absolutely stunning! - sa********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 19, 2022
True to its name as a 'blur tint', this product really does apply with a beautifully blurred effect. It feels like it dries almost instantly upon application, leaving your lips with a soft, velvety finish! This tint sets quickly, so it's essential to exfoliate your lips before applying. The color is a lovely pink-coral shade that's perfect for everyday wear. The formula can accentuate dry patches, so exfoliating to remove dead skin cells is an absolute must! - la********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 10, 2022
A major plus is that the formula doesn't transfer easily onto masks. Despite its incredible staying power, it still manages to feel less drying on the skin. The color is much pinker than I expected. I thought it would be more muted or have a slight whitish tint, but it's a clear pink without any white undertones, which is disappointing in terms of the shade. - lm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 5, 2022
This tint has my favorite formula. At first, it applies like a water tint, feeling moisturizing and hydrating. Then, over time, it transforms into a velvety matte finish! It doesn't transfer at all. I didn't experience any dryness either. The color is a soft pink, reminiscent of cherry blossoms? It's a vibrant, lively pink that's perfect for everyday wear, adding a fresh and radiant look. There's nothing particularly negative to mention. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that for a tint with this formula, the staying power isn't extraordinary. However, it still lasts quite well. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedDec 2, 2022
Shade 21 is perfect for my daily use. The color isn't overly pink and harmonizes well with my natural lip color. It absorbs instantly without any patchiness. I love how it layers beautifully with each additional coat. As someone with dry lips, this blurring tint does slightly emphasize dead skin cells (though it's only noticeable up close). Since I have thin lips, I applied a peanut beige lip liner before using this tint. - rk**********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedNov 25, 2022
Compared to the Mobish one I reviewed earlier, this color is a bright pink that's perfect for daily wear. It's not overly bright, so it doesn't float on the lips but adheres beautifully. I absolutely love this color! The texture starts off watery when first applied, but as time passes, it blurs into a velvety finish that doesn't feel heavy at all, which I really appreciate. It doesn't accentuate lip lines as much, and the finish isn't too drying, making it comfortable to wear. The staying power is decent, and I'm satisfied that it doesn't transfer excessively. As I mentioned in my previous review, it's best to apply this in thin layers, even when reapplying. The more you layer it, the more it tends to pill, which is a bit disappointing. To get the best color payoff, you need to apply a thin layer, let it dry, and then apply another thin layer on the inner part of the lips. This extra step is slightly inconvenient.
