Sensitive skin should be used with moisturizing ampoules.

The scalp was sensitive and there was irritation after using the product. The next morning, I noticed a lot of dandruff on my scalp. The reason for the dandruff could be an allergic reaction to certain ingredients, lack of oil, or lack of moisture. The irritation was likely caused by the ingredients. When I sprayed the serum on my wrist, a rash and itchy symptoms appeared immediately. I'm not sure exactly which ingredient caused the allergic reaction, but there are several ingredients that can potentially cause such a reaction, such as salicylic acid, fragrance, limonene, and menthol.
Even though it was marketed as a product for sensitive scalps, it was still irritating.
The packaging was also inconvenient to use, as the liquid did not come out easily and I had to press down hard. A dropper would have been better. Since I'm already exfoliating my scalp separately, I'm not sure if this packaging provided any massaging benefits.
I'm still experiencing a lot of dandruff, so there must be an ingredient that doesn't agree with me. Also, pink mold grew on the silicone tip. It seems I'll have to be diligent about wiping the moisture off the silicone and storing it properly after use, even though it's a hassle.

This absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy residue.
When you apply this and dry your hair, the volume comes alive and your hair somehow becomes softer. It also seems like your hair is falling out less.
