  Pros

  (Additional info) For sensitive, oily scalp: It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel heavy. After applying this and blow-drying, my hair gains volume and somehow feels softer. It also seems like I'm losing less hair.

  Cons

  1. Despite being for sensitive scalps, it caused irritation. The morning after first use, I noticed a lot of dead skin cells on my scalp. Scalp flaking can be due to allergic reactions to certain ingredients, lack of oil, or dehydration. In this case, it was a reaction to the ingredients. When I sprayed this serum on my wrist, it immediately caused a rash and itching. I'm not sure which ingredient is responsible, but surprisingly, there are several that can trigger allergic reactions. Salicylic acid, fragrance, limonene, menthol, etc. I had high hopes since it's marketed for sensitive scalps, but it was irritating. 2. Inconvenient packaging The liquid doesn't come out easily, requiring firm pressure. A dropper would have been better. I already do scalp gua sha separately, so I didn't notice any massage benefits from this unique applicator. + Update I'm still experiencing a lot of scalp flaking. It seems some ingredient doesn't agree with me. Also, pink mold has grown on the silicone tip. It's best to wipe the silicone dry with a towel after each use for storage, even if it's a bit of a hassle.
