I've been using this for nearly four months now, and recently at the salon, I was told my baby hairs have significantly increased! It's so satisfying to see all these new hair sprouts growing. It feels like the product is really working hard for my hair! There weren't any particular downsides. As someone who tends to apply products generously, I find the rubber part at the top comfortable when pressing against my scalp. It seems to cause less irritation, which is great. I love how it leaves my scalp feeling moisturized. Since I haven't used it much yet, I'll leave an additional review after using it more. For those who apply a lot like me, it might be fine, but even when switched to the locked position, product keeps coming out as you press it against your scalp. Scalp massage isn't really possible with this. I think it might have been more convenient if it were made of plastic or something similar, as hair wouldn't get caught in it. The reviewer appreciates the gentle application and moisturizing effects on the scalp, but notes some issues with product dispensing and the inability to perform a proper scalp massage. (Wife's review) Currently one of the pricier hair loss essences at Olive Young, but I'm very satisfied as I got it at a great price with the welcome deal. The container is user-friendly, and the silicone tip is gentle on the scalp, making for a great massage experience. I've been trying various hair loss essences, but I can't really tell if this one is effective either. (Though some YouTubers claim it slows hair loss or promotes baby hair growth) I'm using it with the mindset that it's better than not using anything at all. When it's empty, I highly recommend refilling it with other scalp essences! First off, I'm noticing some hair growth. While it's not always easy to perceive, the crown area is gradually filling in. It's great not just for hair loss, but also for soothing scalp heat, making it perfect for summer use. It leaves your hair moisturized without making it greasy. Aside from the steep price, I absolutely love it! If it were just about $10 cheaper, I'd buy it more often. When using this along with a treatment frequently, it seems like your hair might get over-nourished. Even after washing, it doesn't feel completely clean, almost as if there's a residue. This product seems to be a scalp treatment or hair care item. While it provides a cooling effect that's appreciated in summer, it doesn't address hair loss concerns.
