  This toner isn't overly watery, but has a nice slip to it that seems to make your skin even more hydrated

  Cons

  Since it's not a completely water-based toner, it doesn't absorb well into cotton pads. It works better when mixed with other watery toners!

  Pros

  This toner isn't transparent, but has a white color. It's not viscous, rather thin, but incredibly hydrating! As someone with extremely dry skin, I sometimes find that certain toners can make my skin feel even drier, but this one leaves my skin feeling wonderfully moisturized.

  Cons

  I wish it had a bit more viscosity. Hope they run more promotions for this product.

  Tip

  It's also great for calming the skin when applied with a thin cotton pad.

  This toner feels so hydrating, it's almost like an ampoule! I think it's because of the high concentration of yam extract.

  Cons

  The packaging looks a bit cheap. Also, I prefer pump bottles, so it's disappointing that product residue builds up around the opening when using it.

  Tip

  It might work well as a mask pack too. I used it as a layering toner myself.

  I really like this product because it has good ingredients, feels moisturizing, and isn't sticky. The consistency is light, almost like water, which makes it perfect for use with cotton pads.

  However, there's an issue with the packaging. If you look at the case like in the photo, there's a distinct white line right at the level where the toner is filled, forming a complete circle around the container. At first, I thought it might be the product solidifying inside the case (like how fat congeals in cold soup). But even after leaving it at room temperature for a while and shaking it, the line doesn't disappear. It's quite concerning, and I'm not sure if it's a problem with the case or the product itself. I tried calling customer service to inquire about it, but they're not picking up the phone.
