  Pros

  As someone with dry skin, I usually prefer thick moisturizers in winter. My first impression was that this cream wasn't as rich as I expected. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that its adherence and lasting power don't fall short compared to thicker creams. A major advantage is how it applies smoothly yet maintains a firm, long-lasting effect on the skin. There's no bothersome scent, and the ingredients are gentle. I'm impressed in many ways and would definitely repurchase.

  #Skin type: Sensitive & Combination / Dry cheeks during seasonal changes and winter °Texture: Not too thick, but a rich cream consistency °Scent: Almost unscented, with a very faint plastic or rubber-like smell °Application: Very elastic but spreads smoothly, absorbs faster than expected °Soothing effect and blemishes: Focuses more on nourishment and oil replenishment rather than hydration. No irritation or blemishes after 2 weeks of use. I'm satisfied using this as a layer over my hydrating moisturizer to combat winter dryness. Initially, I was concerned about its sticky and elastic texture, but it absorbed quicker than expected, forming a nice protective layer over the moisturizer. After application, it leaves a slightly elastic and moisturized feeling that lasts for a while. In the morning, I use it in this order: toner - hydrating moisturizer - yam cream. At night, I follow: toner - essence - hydrating moisturizer - yam cream.

  Cons

  There's a subtle scent that's somewhat reminiscent of plastic or rubber.

  Tip

  I apply a thin layer all over after my moisturizer, and then add an extra layer on my dry cheeks.

  Pros

  It absorbs well and feels rich, which I love. The texture is pleasantly thick, almost like a massage cream. The tube packaging is hygienic, which is a plus. As someone with super sensitive skin, I find it quite gentle.

  Cons

  While it feels moisturizing at first, it doesn't seem to address deep dryness. It gives the impression of sitting on top of the skin rather than fully absorbing.

  Tip

  I've found that layering multiple essences and ampoules underneath helps combat the dryness more effectively.
