Pairs well with makeup fixers for those extra important days when lasting power is crucial. Of course, it's sufficient on its own for regular use when you're not engaging in outdoor activities or needing makeup to last for extended periods. - Purchased shade 19, which blends seamlessly with my neck color. Delighted with the beautiful ivory tone. - Great coverage that effectively neutralizes redness. For severe redness, I recommend using a green base first. It also covers pores well, resulting in smooth and flawless-looking skin in photos. - This product shines when applied in thin layers. Avoid using the amount that comes out when pressing the puff firmly against the cushion. Instead, lightly tap the puff and spread a small amount over a wider area. The best method I found was using a cushion spatula to apply a thin, even layer. - Once it sets, it has excellent adherence with minimal transfer. When applying, don't pre-dot the cushion all over your face. Instead, work in sections, blending immediately as you go. - Released in various editions, so you can choose a case design you love. The magnetic closure makes it convenient to open and close.
Cons- If you don't control the amount well, the makeup can look heavy and break down messily over time. Be especially careful around the nose area, where product can settle into creases - apply very thinly here. Due to the importance of amount control, I wouldn't recommend this for beginners. - The matte formula can accentuate dry patches, so regular exfoliation is key. Not recommended for dry skin types as it might be too drying. - Given the need for thin application, this might be easier to use as a foundation rather than a cushion. If I were to repurchase, I'd probably opt for the foundation version.

Wide range of color shades available 2. Beautiful peach-toned color that's really pretty
Cons1. Adhesion could be better 2. Even when applied very thinly, it tends to separate (tried pressing it in as suggested, but still had issues) 3. Doesn't break down attractively (crumbles in an unflattering way)

With my skin tone between 17-19, choosing the right cushion shade was a bit tricky, but I love that they offer such a diverse range of colors! I'm currently on my third refill, and with proper application, I haven't found a better cushion. I'm using it well! Though next time, I'm thinking of trying shade 17 for a slightly brighter look.
ConsControlling the amount is crucial! If you don't, it can get too thick. When it's too thick, it doesn't look pretty when it breaks down. But if you apply it right, it's fantastic! The case is a bit bulky, which can be challenging when carrying a mini bag.
TipIf you want a sheer finish, try applying your usual glow cushion as a base, then lightly layer this only on areas that need extra coverage or are oilier. That works well too!

At first, I thought it might be too light, but as time passed, it blended beautifully with my natural oils. Both the color and skin finish evolved into a gorgeous look, making this my top-rated cushion foundation!
ConsWhile it wears beautifully in spring and summer, I find myself reaching for it less during fall, winter, and seasonal transitions. Despite having dry skin, it feels a bit too drying during these times, even though it doesn't darken. Also, among matte cushions, this one seems particularly tricky to touch up.

It seems to be a suitable cushion for those with oily skin (I feel like it might be a bit heavy and drying for dry skin types). There's a slight darkening effect, so I bought shade 19, which gives a bright and beautiful complexion. I'm considering repurchasing because it works so well for me, except for the breakdown issue!
ConsThe problem is that when it breaks down, it does so in a very unattractive way. It crumbles into little bumps, almost like it's developing holes (definitely not pores). It's a messy breakdown... What's worse, as it deteriorates, it severely accentuates texture and blemishes. It's frustrating because trying to touch up over it only makes it look worse. You might need to use toner pads or cotton pads to remove the broken-down areas before reapplying. This is the main reason I'm hesitating about repurchasing!
TipIt seems like you really need to focus on your skincare routine, especially using toner and hydrating base products!

It lasts about 7 hours without darkening. Plus, Banila Co is perfect for midsummer! It covers all redness, has excellent coverage, and boasts supreme staying power!
ConsSigh... It's too matte. This made me realize I'm no longer oily-skinned. No matter how I apply it, it cakes and looks patchy. However, in summer it's not matte at all and feels just right! It doesn't pair well with Esnature Squalane Cream. It adheres best when applied to clean skin after the skincare is fully absorbed. If mixed with cream, it becomes sticky, clumps, and breaks down. This issue is so severe that I'm deducting one star.
TipPlanning to try it again around June or July... Tried it again in June. Yes, it's really good! In July, I find myself reaching for Amuse more often. This one feels a bit heavy. Suddenly realized I've been using only Banila Co... As autumn approaches, I'm gravitating back to Amuse. Summary: 1. Banila Co is better when skin condition is poor (covers redness well) 2. Amuse is better when skin condition is good 3. Midsummer: Banila Co, Humid weather: Amuse (lighter feel) 4. Transitional seasons: Amuse 5. Cool to winter weather: Jung Saem Mool Skin Nuder

I didn't experience any darkening. When I finish with Banila Co. powder after applying this cushion, my skin feels soft and baby-smooth, just like an infant's!
ConsIt seems to break down a bit messily as the day goes on. But I suppose that's just my skin being troublesome, isn't it?
TipUse together with Banila Co. powder

It has excellent coverage and a beautiful shade. I didn't experience much darkening on my skin.
ConsIf not applied properly, it can make the skin look thick. When it breaks down, it doesn't look very attractive, and it tends to settle into nose creases.

(This was the most satisfying aspect)
Cons- The formula feels moisturizing when you first dab the puff, but it dries quickly on the skin, so you need to pat diligently to blend it. - It transfers onto your phone screen when you make calls after applying makeup or wearing a mask. - As it breaks down over time, it doesn't look pretty. The way it settles into pores around the nose is no joke. Touch-ups can cause pilling and emphasize dead skin cells, making it worse. You need to remove the makeup in those areas with a cleansing wipe or cleanser before reapplying a thin layer!
