ProsAs you can see from the ingredients, it's bound to be effective at removing makeup. I can guarantee it dissolves and washes off well. It works wonders even on teenage noses where each pore in the T-zone builds a fortress of dead skin cells, acting like a feudal lord of sebum, if you skip exfoliation for just two days. Being solid rather than liquid makes it super convenient to carry around.
ConsI had a hunch from the start when it was in solid form, but PEG and PPG are the main ingredients. They're present in such high concentrations that they'll make even the most stubborn pores open up in a flash. Personally, I can't use it at all as it causes inflammation in every pore. For teenagers, we'll have to wait and see if it triggers a breakout explosion.
TipDon't leave it in a warm place during the height of summer. Keep the ingredients in mind and only use it if it suits your skin type. For most people with normal skin, make sure to replenish the fatty acids that get washed away from your pores and skin with moisturizing ingredients like myristate that are included. Don't destroy the whole kingdom just to break down a few fortresses.
