I have combination dehydrated skin prone to blemishes and sensitivity, but this product doesn't cause any breakouts. It absorbs well and applies silkily. The next morning after use, my skin feels hydrated, not dry. The fragrance is a bit disappointing. It smells familiar, like something I've encountered before. However, it's not an unpleasant scent. - js*****Dry SkinRecommendedMar 16, 2025
It seems to have all the benefits of a nourishing cream, with slightly better functionality in terms of hydration, nourishment, and skin texture compared to drugstore or budget creams. I received the essence and cream as a gift and have been using them, but personally, I find myself reaching for the cream more often. It's definitely a nourishing cream that's great for dry skin. As expected, there's no tightness or deep dryness, and the next morning, my skin condition feels like it has a slight glow. The scent is reminiscent of skincare products used in professional spas. Some might find it a bit old-fashioned depending on their preference, but it has a floral scent that's not common and certainly not cheap-smelling. I didn't particularly mind it, but I think without the fragrance, it might have been difficult to establish the product's concept. From the manufacturer's perspective, it was probably necessary... I didn't experience any blemishes, and the packaging is sparkly and luxurious. The texture is slightly thick and rich, typical of a nourishing cream. It applies well, and there's a built-in spatula inside. The price point might be a bit burdensome for some, and being in a jar format, there could be concerns about contamination. Absorption is somewhat slow, and it can feel like it's sitting on top of the skin. Due to its high oil content, even an hour after application, it might seem to wipe off if you accidentally touch your face. - al***********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedFeb 2, 2024
It absorbs smoothly, which I really like. When I apply it generously like a sleeping mask before bed, my skin feels incredibly soft the next morning. The price point is on the higher side. There are times when it can make my skin feel a bit oily. - ge*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 28, 2023
I bought this from a home shopping channel and loved it so much I had to leave a review! Even though I have other creams, I keep reaching for this one - it's like the shrimp chips of creams, so addictive! Let me try to summarize my thoughts: It absorbs well, leaving skin feeling soft and velvety. The cream seems to melt into the skin, quickly sinking in. There's no sticky feeling. It doesn't give an artificial oily shine, but rather a silky finish. You can layer it multiple times without it feeling heavy. Perfect for combination dehydrated skin. It tackles deep dryness. Seems to balance the skin, improving overall texture. There wasn't anything particularly bad about it. The oil content is just right, and it really feels like the perfect final step in a skincare routine! I found that if you seal it with a face mist before bed, the hydration lasts even longer!
