It's not an overly harsh shampoo by any means... it's just that my scalp is extremely delicate. If you're focusing on the anti-hair loss benefits, I think this is a decent shampoo.

As someone with super sensitive skin on my scalp, I think the lemon peel oil or similar ingredients don't agree with me. I felt an itchy sensation, so I won't be able to continue using it, unfortunately.

It lathers up well and provides a strong cooling effect (leaving a cool sensation when the foam is left on). While it cleanses effectively, it keeps the hair soft. I won this product, but due to its nature, I asked a friend experiencing hair loss to review it. The exterior is simple and black, not looking like typical shampoo.

The texture is like a thick syrup. You need to squeeze it out by turning the container upside down, which seems more economical than pump-type products.

Right after rinsing, instead of feeling stiff, my hair felt gently cleansed. When you massage it thoroughly after application, it lathers up nicely. Some shampoos tend to clump up quickly, but this one doesn't seem to do that.
