The second photo shows Tribute Nude as a base with Nue Inconnu as a point color. The actual color differs significantly from what's shown on the product page, so I carefully considered this purchase. As a Winter Cool Deep, I often look for more subtle lip colors since bold ones don't suit my image. To sum it up, think of it as a pink lip with a hint of gray. However, I found it a bit stark on me, possibly due to my cool undertones. It has quite a strong pink tone, which made my face look slightly pale. The color itself is beautiful, but I think it's just not ideal for my skin tone. I wished it was a bit more neutral, so I pair it with YSL Rouge Pur Couture N5 Tribute Nude. Using Tribute Nude as a base and Nue Inconnu as a point color gives me a strawberry milk lip look that's perfect for my light undertone. I'm in love with this combination and have been using it exclusively lately! Of course, being a lipstick, you shouldn't expect long-lasting wear. But it truly is a gorgeous color.
ConsThe staying power is somewhat disappointing, but that's to be expected with moisturizing lipsticks, so it's not a major drawback.
TipThe combination with Tribute Nude works wonderfully. If you find Tribute Nude too light on its own, try using Nue Inconnu as a point color - it's beautiful. While the colors may seem quite different when viewed separately, the difference isn't as noticeable when applied as a point color. For me, adding Nue Inconnu as a point color just gave a subtle boost of vitality to the look!
