When it comes to lip balms, application and moisture are key, and this one nails both! I love that I can adjust the color intensity depending on how much I apply, even when I'm not wearing makeup. It's so hydrating that I sometimes apply it before bed too. I'm on my second tube and haven't found any downsides yet. It's comfortable and I'm using it without any issues!

The texture is perfect for someone who applies makeup without a mirror. I love the brand's image that combines tradition with veganism, and I'm impressed by the Korean-inspired design and their consideration for environmental issues. After checking the ingredient list on Hwahae, I found the formulation a bit disappointing.
