Last year, I bought the product at a low price when the company held an event on their website. I was hospitalized and couldn't use it all winter, but I've been using it for a little over a month since March. Actually, as my face became drier and more troubled with flaky skin and clogged pores in the winter, I bought it because it was said to be good for pore care and exfoliation. However, it contains AHA, BHA, and PHA... Even though it's encapsulated, when I lather it, it becomes acidic... So I had some doubts about whether it's really a mild, low-pH foam or not. Since I have sensitive, large-pored skin, I've never been satisfied with low-pH cleansers, and products with AHA or BHA have sometimes caused me breakouts, so I was a bit hesitant... But it was such a ridiculously cheap price that I thought I'd just give it to my family if it didn't work for me. When I first tried lathering it, the foam didn't come out well even though I added plenty of water and rubbed it. I was used to the rich, creamy foam of my previous alkaline cleanser, so I was a bit confused, but I figured it must be a low-pH one... When I just cleansed with it, hmm... It didn't feel like it cleansed thoroughly. Maybe because of the lack of foam, when I added more water and worked it, the rinsing was great. There's a slight stinging around the eyes, but it's not overly irritating. After rinsing a few times, there's no sticky residue left, which is nice. Even after patting dry, there's no tightness, and it feels nicely moisturized. Since I just used the foam cleanser without makeup, I thought that might be why. But in the evening, the rinse-off I'm currently using leaves some oily residue that's hard to remove, even after rinsing multiple times. This made me feel a bit disappointed, like this cleanser isn't really doing its job. I decided to just use it as a morning cleanser, and after a few more days, Hmm, from the 3rd or 4th day, when I squeeze out the foam, I feel like there are tiny capsules coming out with it. I didn't notice that before. And when I lather it vigorously, crushing those capsules, the foam becomes slightly thicker and richer, almost like it's boosted. And from then on, the cleansing power also seems to have improved a bit.Even though the rinsing is still good and there's no tightness, I have a subtle sense that the oil-removing power has improved a bit. It's like a little alarm bell is ringing. I think there might have been some ingredients in the product that didn't mix well, and they were sitting on top and not coming out before. I can't see it clearly (due to my severe nearsightedness and presbyopia), so it might not actually be capsules, but I do feel something rolling around, and when I lather it, it disappears, so it seems to be capsules. But I still feel a bit uneasy about it... When I put on my glasses and squeeze it out, this time there are quite a few blue capsules mixed in, and I can crush them with my hands. And the more I use it, the better the foam lathers, so I wonder if I got a product where the ingredients weren't well-mixed, or if there was some issue with the manufacturing. But since I'm not getting any flaky skin or breakouts as I use it, it seems to be working well for my skin. I wouldn't strongly recommend this to someone with very oily skin or who's looking for a rich, creamy foam, as you may need to use more of this product. But for someone like me with sensitive, flaky skin who's looking for a gentle yet exfoliating cleanser, this could be a good option. Just be cautious, as it does sting a bit around the eyes.
Cons
At first, as I mentioned earlier, I was not at all satisfied for the first few days. The cleansing power and foaming were the problems. If I had stopped using it initially, I probably would have recommended it as a poor product. However, after using it for a while, the formulation suddenly felt different, and since then, I've been more or less satisfied... I'm curious about why the foam didn't come out well and the cleansing power was weak at first... and I'm also curious about what the blue granules I feel on my hands are. The instructions don't mention anything about capsules or granules at all. It's a good product that removes dead skin without causing any trouble or pulling, but I'm very disappointed because of these few doubts.
Tip
At first, the lather doesn't form well, so I'd recommend using a bit more product and adding plenty of water as you apply it, or using a lather brush. After using it for a few days, the lather will improve, but it may not be as rich and creamy at the beginning. If you have very oily skin, it's better to alternate using this product with a cleanser with stronger cleansing power, or use it only for your morning cleansing routine.

Excellent cleansing power and a smooth, supple texture that leaves the skin well-groomed after cleansing.
Cons
It would be better if the price was a little lower or the quantity was larger.
Tip
Using a pore refining pad after cleansing would further improve the results.
