First, the pigmentation is insanely good. It comes out richly just by tapping it lightly, and I've been using it for almost 2 years but haven't used it up much. It's great to use as a base before applying the tint.
Cons
While 'Hwahae' can feel burdensome when used alone, applying it lightly looks lovely.
