I use this for my morning and daytime cleansing routine. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized and seems to cleanse well without causing any blemishes. Nothing particularly negative to mention. I don't think it would be strong enough to remove makeup, so I use a separate mild alkaline foam cleanser in the evening! It removes makeup pretty well. When I'm too lazy to do a full cleanse, I use cleansing wipes first and then wash my face with this. It's great for those moments! Hmm, I felt some deep dryness after using it. Though that might be because I have dry skin.

I had good memories of using DMT cleansing gel, so I decided to give this a try. I like that it comes in a pump bottle. Cleansing effectiveness: Not much different from DMT. I use it as a second cleanser after sunscreen. Foam texture: DMT is slightly softer. When it touches the face, DMT has a gentler and denser foam. Post-cleanse feeling: DMT gives a soft cleansing sensation, while Gentle Foaming feels more smooth. However, it doesn't make the skin feel tight. It's not amazing, just decent. As a fan of the Physiogel line, I always trust and use their products. This gel-type foam cleanser is colorless and fragrance-free. Since I've been using it, I haven't experienced any blemishes or small bumps, and there's no skin tightness after washing! There's not really anything to complain about, but if I had to nitpick, I'd say that due to its light formula, you might need a second cleanse when wearing makeup.
