I mainly apply it to areas where I'm concerned about dark circles under the eyes or wrinkles. I also use it on pigmented areas around the mouth and on my cheeks, excluding the T-zone. After completing my nighttime skincare routine, I apply this product with a gentle sweeping motion, almost as if I'm coating my skin before bed. I bought this expecting it to be as amazing as their ampoule mist, which is a fantastic product, but it didn't inspire me to repurchase. Firstly, the fragrance is quite artificial - it smells like a car air freshener. If you're expecting the scent to be like CNP's ampoule mist, you'll be disappointed. Secondly, it seems to lack hydration. The rich texture is a drawback, so you should only apply it to dry areas. Otherwise, it feels too heavy and greasy, like applying cooking oil. - 98********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 12, 2025
Compared to other multi-balms, this one isn't sticky and doesn't leave an oily residue. It's a convenient way to tackle dry areas. Some people say they don't like the scent, but I found it perfectly fine! - so************Dry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDead Skin CellsFeb 11, 2025
It's great for hydration, feels refreshing when applied, and is so convenient to use The scent isn't great, it seems to contain vitamin C derivatives, and it's quite rich in oils - eh********Combination SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 14, 2025
When applied straight from the fridge, it feels cool, hydrating, and glides on smoothly. It's great for helping with dead skin cells on dry skin. The scent is a refreshing lemon, though some might find it reminiscent of medicated patches - it could be a love-it-or-hate-it situation. While it applies smoothly and feels moisturizing, there's a slight rich feeling on the skin when you wake up in the morning. - do*********Combination SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJun 30, 2024
Affordable price point No overpowering artificial fragrance Convenient for frequent application at home One-pull-one dispenser for easy use Unsure about how well it absorbs into the skin Can't tell if it provides effective hydration Doesn't have a glowy or dewy finish - gu*******Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresMay 20, 2024
It's not sticky. Convenient for applying frequently around the eyes when they feel dry. Just an okay, average product. With the buy-one-get-one-free promotion, it's relatively affordable compared to other stick-type multi-balms. Not very moisturizing. Seems to have almost no hydrating power. It doesn't give a glow or boost hydration when applied - it doesn't seem to be designed for those effects in the first place. I bought it to use when my skin feels dry, but it has minimal effect on combating dryness. The texture is good for those who prefer a fresh, clean feeling after application. - go*********Dry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 23, 2024
I was looking for a multi-balm because my face was getting dry from the heater, so I tried a sample and liked it enough to buy the full size. The moment you apply it to your skin, it spreads smoothly and evenly, and there's a pleasant cooling effect. I love how the lightweight texture feels on my skin! The scent is a gentle citrus that isn't overwhelming. What I really appreciate is that it doesn't make my skin feel too oily or greasy. Instead, it applies like velvet, leaving my skin soft and maintaining hydration without any shine. The main drawback of the stick format is that it runs out quickly! Compared to oilier multi-balms, you might need to apply this one more frequently. Make sure to pay extra attention when applying it to your smile lines! - mh*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedDec 3, 2023
Skin type: Dry Color: Beige...? Apricot? Texture: Stick form Application and absorption: I'm satisfied with both. I tested it directly at Olive Young before purchasing. I bought this product because I wanted to easily apply it around my eyes when I'm out. I checked if it wasn't too soft (if it's too soft, it's hard to control the amount and you have to reapply, plus it can get on your eyelashes), and how much it would shine. I'm happy with it! I'm satisfied that I can apply it smoothly whenever I need to. Hydration: True to its balm-like form, it feels like it will fill dry areas with moisture! Season and skin type recommendation: I think it would be great for dry seasons. It seems perfect for those with dry skin. Overall: I'm very satisfied with this product because it's so convenient - you don't have to touch your face with your hands, just glide it on! It's partly my fault for not checking, but I chose the stick for easy application when I'm out, and I'm a bit concerned that it contains vitamin C derivatives... Since there's no warning against using it, I'll give it a try anyway. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 29, 2023
It seems to moisturize my skin well. I saw some reviews mentioning the scent, but personally, I found it quite pleasant. There's nothing particularly bad, but if I had to pick something, it might be how it absorbs. However, it's not disappointing by any means. - hc*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 18, 2023
- Non-sticky finish - Moisturizing balm texture - Used all over the face as the final step in skincare routine without causing blemishes - No pore-clogging ingredients - Versatile enough to be used as a lip balm - No downsides yet, but might be a bit dry for those with very dry skin
