Recently, I've been focusing on my dry skin, but I think I might have overdone it as I started getting blemishes. So, I tried spot patches for the first time. They seem to work well when applied to areas that might scar after squeezing a blemish. Compared to using a wound ointment, it feels like the marks are fading more, which made me realize why people use these patches. Now I'm considering whether to buy a regenerating ointment or just focus on skincare basics that help with dark spots. The adhesion is great too - they don't come off with just one cleanse. During the second cleanse, the adhesive part dissolves and becomes slippery, so that's when I usually remove them. I also like that they're transparent and not very noticeable when applied. The smallest size is especially discreet on the face. I'm not sure if they're effective in calming blemishes that haven't been squeezed. The texture is so plump that it adheres well, and being semi-transparent and matte, it naturally conceals blemishes - I'm totally hooked! It feels somehow smooth and silky? There's just something about applying it that puts me in a good mood. It's incredibly soothing, and when I put it on in the morning and remove it in the evening, I can see the size of my blemishes has significantly reduced. It's especially effective on those tiny, grain-like spots that are just about to turn into full-blown pimples. There's a plastic-like film on top, and since I rarely use acne patches, I wasn't sure why it was there. I guess it's probably there for hygiene reasons, to keep out dust and such, but I found it more convenient to just remove it completely before use. If you use it after skincare, it will pill (naturally). Personally, I've been using this product a lot lately! It's great for calming my skin and absorbs well! I find the adhesion slightly disappointing.
