I really appreciated being able to choose the formula and additional ingredients based on my skin type. Since COVID, my skin has become extremely sensitive, and even products with the slightest irritants or rich textures cause my entire face to flare up red. If you pat this on before applying cushion foundation or liquid foundation, it really absorbs well. Great for that Inner Glow!

Personally, I tend to prefer lighter skincare as heavy balms can feel stifling and overly nourishing, but with the weather getting colder, my skin quickly dries out and feels lacking. So, I opted for a toner with a moderate amount of oil! While using oil alone can be overwhelming, this product has it pre-blended, making it convenient to use and leaving my skin feeling much more hydrated than before. Considering how cold it's already getting, this winter looks like it's going to be no joke, so I think this will come in really handy. For reference, I used to have combination skin, but lately, I'm closer to dry... maybe 10% combination, 90% dry(?)

I'm using only half a bottle of toner per container of pads, and it's more than enough. You could use the remaining half by patting it in directly, or save it for a skin pack when the weather gets even colder!

The included pads are a bit stiff and papery, which can feel rough on the skin. Also, if you don't let it absorb properly, it can cause pilling with the next skincare steps. Because of this, you need to pat it in thoroughly and spend more time than usual patting in the following products to prevent pilling.

Deep dryness relief:
I chose this toner for its reputation as a good moisturizer for dry skin types. I was surprised by its lightweight texture, but it effectively addressed deep dryness, which I appreciated. I was satisfied with how well this exfoliating toner could provide such hydration.

Scent:
It's nearly fragrance-free.

Stickiness:
I selected the heavy, rich type of toner, but it was surprisingly lightweight and non-sticky, making it comfortable to use without feeling heavy on the skin.

Blemishes:
Perhaps due to the gentle ingredients, I didn't experience any blemishes while using this product.

Pad material:
As it's designed for exfoliating toner pads, I liked that the pad surface didn't fray even after multiple uses on the skin. Some products leave fibrous residue on the skin after repeated use, but this one didn't - both the embossed side and the soft side remained intact.

Instead of pouring all the toner onto the pad at once, try applying it in several smaller amounts for a more hydrating experience! Before full application, it's best to test the product on a small area of thin skin to check for any irritation.

When the delivery arrived, it seems the lid wasn't closed properly and some product had leaked. Please make sure to tightly seal the lid before shipping.

First off, I have extremely dry skin! During winter, when my face gets parched and even starts cracking, I really focus on hydration. This product is truly excellent at providing moisture. The toner used with the pads has a milky color, and while the texture is watery, it feels incredibly hydrating. I've tried using it as a toner pack in the morning and also as a wipe-off toner. The pads have an embossed side and a plain side, so I used the embossed side for exfoliating and the plain side for masking. Even when I didn't use a serum with this product, I didn't feel any dryness.

I found that using the toner with pure cotton pads instead of the included ones works better. Also, it's great to use as a mask on both cheeks.

The pads don't seem to be made of cotton, and I feel like they don't absorb the toner well. They don't adhere closely to the skin.

Like other toner pads, it's great that you can use them for exfoliating after cleansing and leave them on as a mask. The heavy texture allows for longer application. Another plus is that the pads can be used with cleansing water or other essences, not just the dedicated toner. That's why I'm currently using half soaked in toner and half in cleansing water.

The heavy texture doesn't seem to absorb well into the pads, so it doesn't provide enough hydration to combat deep dryness. Right after pouring the toner, the top pads are sufficiently soaked and don't feel dry when wiping, but the lower pads don't absorb the product well. I found it better to just apply the toner directly rather than using the pads.

This product has a slight richness but absorbs quickly. It's reassuring to see the manufacturing date printed. The pads are a good size for exfoliating after cleansing, unlike some smaller options out there. The included tongs make for hygienic application.

You can experience a soothing sensation on your skin by leaving it on your forehead and cheeks for 2-3 minutes.
