Super sensitive skin alert! When even the wrong shampoo can make my face and body break out, this product was a perfect match. Excellent cleansing power, rich lather, fragrance-free, and great ingredients. So far, I haven't found any downsides. First off, it's super convenient since you can cleanse from head to toe in one go. It's fragrance-free, has gentle ingredients, and doesn't leave your skin feeling tight or dry. I discovered this gentle, pH-balanced top-to-toe wash with great ingredients on Hwahae and decided to give it a try. I've gone through about 4 bottles so far! First off, the overall ingredient list is impressive, and the Hwahae app confirmed it's virtually free of harmful substances, which gave me confidence in using it. When I first bought it, it was a new brand with few reviews, but now there are plenty of reviews and a wider range of products. Its cleansing power is on the milder side, which is perfect for me as I prefer a gentle daily cleanser over something harsh and irritating. It's great for everyday use all over the body. As a shampoo, while it's gentle on the scalp, it doesn't completely remove oil. This actually works well for me since I have a dry scalp. The texture is pleasantly moisturizing, slippery, and smooth. It doesn't leave you feeling squeaky clean like alkaline washes, but rather with a slight silky, hydrated feeling. It lathers up nicely and doesn't dry out your skin quickly after showering. The scent is nearly fragrance-free, which I love. As someone who prefers unscented products, I appreciated that there was no lingering smell during or after washing. The volume and packaging are just right. It doesn't run out too quickly, and it seems to time perfectly with when the bottle starts looking a bit worn. I've even used it as a substitute for foam cleanser! It worked well when I wanted to minimize the number of products in my bathroom and avoid using too many different cosmetics. I was using this product happily until I recently discovered something that seemed even better. I switched to a new top-to-toe wash from Bio-G that appeared superior in terms of price, ingredients, and came in a larger size. For daily use, this top-to-toe wash works great. However, it's a good idea to use a stronger shampoo or scalp shampoo once or twice a week for a deep cleanse! It's gentle enough for sensitive skin and doesn't cause any irritation. You can use it as both shampoo and body wash. While there aren't any real drawbacks, it doesn't give that squeaky-clean, refreshing feeling when you wash. However, for those with super sensitive skin, the absence of that squeaky-clean sensation might actually be a plus.

It was great for everyday use without any worries. Both my baby and I have sensitive and somewhat dry skin, but even when using this, we didn't need to apply additional cream. There was no itching or feeling of tightness, and we were satisfied using it. The pump design allowed for hygienic use, and my baby loved it so much that we quickly ran out from constant use. However, since it's not cylindrical, there were times when my baby almost fell forward while trying to pump it with their body weight. It lathers well and is gentle on the skin. My husband has psoriasis, which makes his skin very sensitive, so he only uses mild products. He says the experience of using this is quite pleasant. ★The Hwahae Testers' Review★ I love that the texture is so rich it doesn't drip down. It's an all-in-one product, so you don't need a separate shampoo. It's super convenient for both kids and adults with super sensitive skin to use together. The quantity is a bit disappointing, and when using with bare hands (like when bathing a baby...), it doesn't lather up well, unfortunately. If you use it with a soft baby washcloth, you won't have to worry about lathering issues.
