Affordable price + perfect for aegyo sal and philtrum contouring. It's just as effective as other contour liners sold at Olive Young, but at a better price point! Even beginners can achieve a natural look. Just swipe it on once and blend with your finger for an instant finish. The pencil tip is a bit thick, which might not suit all makeup styles. The case is somewhat fragile, so the cap may break with regular use. - Hwahae UserOily SkinMar 29, 2025
The color payoff is really great! It's perfect for contouring the triangular zone. Sometimes when I'm feeling lazy, I skip the base and just use this for nose contouring. It's super convenient and looks so natural. I bought this because it was highly recommended as an aegyo sal pencil, but honestly, I found it a bit unnatural. The color doesn't seem particularly suitable for creating aegyo sal shadows. There were so many rave reviews calling it a holy grail product that maybe my expectations were too high, but I was quite disappointed. This works wonderfully as a natural-looking contour stick! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 21, 2025
I usually just add a bit of aegyo-sal shading and call it a day for my eye makeup. But since I spend long hours at school, I've been on the hunt for something with serious staying power. I tried a couple of Clio eyeliners specifically designed for aegyo-sal shading. Sure, the longevity was decent, but the color... let's just say I was scratching my head wondering how on earth this was supposed to work for aegyo-sal. The shade was a miss. While it lasted, it wasn't pretty, and it wasn't exactly budget-friendly either. So, I decided to give the Daiso one a shot! Turns out, it's a winner across the board - better color, better price, and get this... while Clio gives you a measly 0.14g for that price, Daiso serves up more than double at 0.3g! The best part? I've never felt like it falls short on staying power compared to Clio. Talk about a bargain that works hard! The packaging doesn't look super sturdy, so be careful not to snap it. Blending is key! For a natural aegyo-sal look, apply the color all over, then focus on blending the back portion to create a gradient effect. This trick will make it look like your own natural aegyo-sal. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 11, 2025
I can't do my makeup without this! It glides on smoothly and lasts all day long. The aegyo-sal shading has a warm tone, so it doesn't look like dark circles and actually complements eyeshadow beautifully. It's such great value for money - just 2000 won for over 4 months of use. You get a lot of product! Hmm... I really can't think of any downsides. Maybe it would be nice if they came out with more color options? As far as I know, there are only two shades available - a shadow tone and a light skin tone. There's a pencil sharpener hidden at the end of the pencil! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 6, 2025
The color payoff is incredibly natural, creating a beautiful shadowy effect. The staying power is impressive too, as long as you don't rub it excessively! It seems to have an ash tone that would suit cool-toned complexions perfectly. It's a bit disappointing that once the tip becomes blunt, you can't achieve those precise, delicate touches anymore. The pigmentation is surprisingly intense, so apply it with a light hand, barely grazing your skin, for the most natural look. - Hwahae UserDry SkinDec 9, 2024
I really like how smoothly it absorbs. It's great for contouring and I appreciate how thinly it can be applied. It has a yellowish undertone, so those with cool skin tones might find it challenging to use. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAug 17, 2024
The Dearbom Tear Drop Pencil is a must-have for creating aegyo-sal (cute eye bags)! Skin type - Oily, combination dehydrated skin, blemish-prone / Shade 21, light undertone - The shadowy color without redness makes it suitable for all complexions, not just light undertones - I'm extremely satisfied with the value for money! It's an essential product for creating aegyo-sal - Being a pencil, it has great staying power While it's great for aegyo-sal, it doesn't seem to have much of a tear drop effect! It's also great for contouring the triangle zone! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 17, 2024
It's absolutely perfect for creating a natural-looking aegyo sal (under-eye puff) and adding subtle shadow definition. Hmm... The pencil sharpener at the back doesn't work well. The product just falls off and separates easily. I'm not sure why it's even there... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinMay 24, 2024
It applies smoothly and creates a natural-looking contour, which I really liked When I applied it under my eyes after my base makeup, it felt a bit rich... I think Draw a bold line along your aegyo sal, then gently pat it with a cushion puff - Hwahae UserCombination SkinApr 24, 2024
I think this is the best for under-eye shadows. The color matches my complexion well and the pigmentation is great. It's also good value for money. Not just for under-eye shadows, it seems perfect for under-eye concealing and nose contouring too. It doesn't blend well with fingers, and it's so thin that it breaks too easily.
