This is a total holy grail product! It doesn't clump at all and has great staying power. The color is absolutely perfect too. There's nothing bad about it at all! If I had to say something, maybe they could increase the amount a bit...? That's it. Highly recommended! - je*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedJun 7, 2025
I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked! It really makes my eyes look bigger. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. The slight appearance of dark circles is quite frustrating! Up close it's not too bad, but from a distance... I look like someone who hasn't slept for days. - sa*********Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 4, 2025
Affordable price + perfect for aegyo sal and philtrum contouring. It's just as effective as other contour liners sold at Olive Young, but at a better price point! Even beginners can achieve a natural look. Just swipe it on once and blend with your finger for an instant finish. The pencil tip is a bit thick, which might not suit all makeup styles. The case is somewhat fragile, so the cap may break with regular use. - so*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 22, 2025
I absolutely can't recommend this enough! First off, it's so affordable! The natural color applies smoothly and the staying power is surprisingly good. For those with shade 21, it'll blend in perfectly. Plus, the thin pencil design is a major plus - it allows for more precise application just the way you want it. Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides! If I had to nitpick, maybe the thin pencil sometimes feels like it might break when opening or closing the cap? But it's never actually happened. - si********Oily SkinDark CirclesDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 29, 2025
The color payoff is really great! It's perfect for contouring the triangular zone. Sometimes when I'm feeling lazy, I skip the base and just use this for nose contouring. It's super convenient and looks so natural. I bought this because it was highly recommended as an aegyo sal pencil, but honestly, I found it a bit unnatural. The color doesn't seem particularly suitable for creating aegyo sal shadows. There were so many rave reviews calling it a holy grail product that maybe my expectations were too high, but I was quite disappointed. This works wonderfully as a natural-looking contour stick! - ba*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 25, 2025
I bought this at Daiso for a great price, and I'm really impressed! It applies smoothly, the color payoff is excellent, and it looks so natural. There's nothing bad to say! I used to use products from other beauty shops, but this one is affordable and effective. I'll definitely keep repurchasing it. For a natural look, apply it gently with a light touch, then blend it out with a shadow. It's also great for extending your eyelid crease. - so**********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 21, 2025
I usually just add a bit of aegyo-sal shading and call it a day for my eye makeup. But since I spend long hours at school, I've been on the hunt for something with serious staying power. I tried a couple of Clio eyeliners specifically designed for aegyo-sal shading. Sure, the longevity was decent, but the color... let's just say I was scratching my head wondering how on earth this was supposed to work for aegyo-sal. The shade was a miss. While it lasted, it wasn't pretty, and it wasn't exactly budget-friendly either. So, I decided to give the Daiso one a shot! Turns out, it's a winner across the board - better color, better price, and get this... while Clio gives you a measly 0.14g for that price, Daiso serves up more than double at 0.3g! The best part? I've never felt like it falls short on staying power compared to Clio. Talk about a bargain that works hard! The packaging doesn't look super sturdy, so be careful not to snap it. Blending is key! For a natural aegyo-sal look, apply the color all over, then focus on blending the back portion to create a gradient effect. This trick will make it look like your own natural aegyo-sal. - ye*******Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMar 19, 2025
It's really similar to the Olive Young aegyo sal liner, so there's no need to splurge on the expensive one Nothing, honestly nothing. If I had to nitpick, maybe the color payoff is a bit weak? But that's about it - ss*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
Just swipe it under your eyes and blend with your fingers for a natural aegyo sal look On days when dark circles are severe, it actually accentuates them. You really need to cover those dark circles well! - ke**********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
Using a stick for aegyo-sal (under-eye puffiness) is so much more convenient than the shading method I've been using until now. The color is perfect for creating that cute under-eye look, so I find myself reaching for it often. Some people say it's too warm or reddish for cool tones, but I didn't really notice that. For use around the eyes, the slight redness actually makes your eyes look bigger rather than like dark circles. While it might be a bit too red for nose contouring, it looks incredibly natural when applied under the eyes. The durability seems a bit weak. The formula is quite soft, which allows for smooth application, but it feels like it might break if you extend it too far. I only twist up a small amount when using it.
