It doesn't seem to come off easily, except when I have to reapply it after brushing my teeth or wiping around my mouth. I can apply it multiple times without it coming off.๐๐ป๐๐ป
ConsIt tends to rub off and if I don't properly prep my skin, it can make my skin (except my forehead) feel dry and flaky. It's a bit disappointing when the flakiness is emphasized in certain areas. If I apply it and there's still some oiliness, using a powder helps. I have combination skin, where my forehead is oily but the rest is really dry, so this product is probably better suited for those with oily skin.
TipMake sure to thoroughly prep your skin! For the areas where flakiness is emphasized, I use a moisturizing ointment that helps with my eczema-related itchiness, and then apply sunscreen on top of that.

Cons๐ฅฒ The color is slightly pinkish, so it smears on my mask ใ ใ

Ingredients These days, there are many cosmetic products with good ingredients and good product performance, so the first thing I look at when purchasing is the ingredients. Except for color cosmetics, I try to buy products with no more than about 2 potentially harmful ingredients, so this product also consists mainly of low-risk ingredients, excluding fragrance, so I applied for it. 2. Color The color is not as white as sunscreen with a whitening effect, but it's brighter than BB cream, with a more grayish tone. It's brighter than #23 but darker than #21. As someone with around #22 skin tone, I'm very satisfied with how it evenly brightens my skin tone. It doesn't look chalky, but gives a natural makeup-like effect, so I think it would work great as a makeup-free sunscreen substitute. 3. Non-sticky I really dislike stickiness, and I've had a hard time finding the right sunscreen, often applying it poorly. But this product is not sticky at all, so I think it's great to use as both a sunscreen and a base. Of course, since it's not sticky, it may be quite drying, so a good skincare base is very important. 4. Coverage When I apply this product with a spatula and then pat it on with a sponge, as shown in the attached photo, the pores around my nose are well covered. I'm not sure if it's the power of the spatula or the tone-up cream that covers well, but the combination seems to work great! Overall: If you have oily skin and are looking for a non-sticky, non-whitening tone-up + sunscreen that can be used as a makeup-free base, I would recommend this product.
Cons1. Spreadability and Texture When applied, the product has a very thick, stiff texture and is not very spreadable. Additionally, even after application, I feel the dryness quite strongly, so it's best to build up a good skincare base before applying. These days, with heaters running a lot indoors, the dryness seems even more pronounced. 2. Transfer Since the product has a beige tone rather than a white one, I noticed that after wearing a mask, the makeup had transferred onto the inside of the mask, almost like I had applied a BB cream with sunscreen function. 3. Cleansing Because the product is so thick and adheres well to the skin, it can be difficult to remove. Simply using water and a second cleanse with a cleansing foam may not be enough to fully remove it. Thorough cleansing is necessary.
TipFor those with dry skin, it's important to have a thorough skincare routine. You can also try mixing the product with oil at a 1:1 or 1:0.5 ratio, then applying it with a spatula and patting it in with a damp sponge or mist. This can help improve the spreadability and significantly reduce the dryness, making it feel more like applying a lotion.

However, you should use a sponge puff or cushion puff instead of your hands so that it doesn't stick to your skin and adheres well. When I squeezed it with my hands, I thought it would be applied thickly because of the heavy feel, but (based on puff usage) it spread thinly well. Normally, tone-up creams tend to have some pore clogging due to the powder, but that was less or non-existent depending on the tool. Even though my skin tone is as bright as #17, there was no mismatch, darkening, or any other issues when using it. The coverage is not extremely good, but the blemish marks were quite concealed for a tone-up cream.
ConsWhen applied with hands, it clumped up a lot and seemed to cling to the tool a bit. It tends to transfer a lot onto the mask, and in the winter, if you don't thoroughly moisturize before applying, it can start to flake quickly. When using the cushion puff, the slightly thick and sticky texture made the amount control a bit tricky.
TipBefore applying, lightly apply a layer of moisturizer with a sponge puff and let it absorb, then apply and pat the product thinly following the contours using the same puff (the one used for the moisturizer). This makes it apply more thinly and adhere better, and also improves the longevity compared to normal usage. (Personally, I refill the cushion compact, so it's great for touch-ups or when I'm in a hurry.)

At first, when I tried it on the back of my hand without reading the details, I thought it was just a BB cream, but the description was there as well. Haha After applying it, I thought it might be a bit thick, but it was just an issue with the amount. After applying a little less, I tried it again and it brightened my skin tone nicely. It's not very noticeable in the photo, but the tone-up effect looks natural. The matte feeling on bare skin wasn't there either. Due to time constraints, I just applied the essence and topped it with the tone-up cream, but the skin looked brighter than expected and the application was smooth! I thought it might get sticky if I rubbed it in, but that wasn't the case. I think the fact that it applies smoothly even with heavy application is one of the advantages of this product. This is based on applying it thinly, though.
ConsHowever, given the current season, a few hours later, I felt like the area around my cheeks was a bit uneven, and it was a bit disappointing that it transferred onto the mask a little.

I also used the Numberz one before, and the coverage was similar and it applied smoothly. After applying, it became slightly matte, and the staying power around my cheeks was good. It seems to give a natural BB cream-like finish.
ConsOn the first day, I had to rush out after applying it, and it transferred onto my mask ใ When I applied it later, I pressed it in more and waited before putting on the mask, so it transferred less! It's also a bit matte, so my pores around my nose area looked a bit messy. If I'm going to be out for a long time, I think I'll need to do some touch-ups!
TipFor people with bright skin tones, it can look a bit dark or yellowish. If you normally use a bright tone-up cream and want a more natural look or a light coverage, mixing this Derma Seen tone-up cream with the brighter one works really well! Also, if you apply it after thoroughly moisturizing your skin, it seems to be less prone to breaking down.

The tone-up function is great! The color is similar to a BB cream, a dark skin-tone shade, but when applied, it lifts my skin tone by about one level without making it look ashy. The application is smooth - I tried applying it to an area without any skincare, and while there was a slight creasing, it disappeared over time. I thought it would leave a chalky, opaque finish like a mineral sunscreen, but it has a bit of oil content, giving it a blended, mixed sunscreen-like appearance. It's not as watery as a purely physical sunscreen. It also functions as a sunscreen, so I don't need to apply a separate sunscreen and tone-up product - just this one. The SPF50+ is great, and I've been using it on its own regularly. Of course, as a tone-up sunscreen, it doesn't provide much coverage for blemishes, but that's not a dealbreaker for me.
ConsSince it can be drying, if you have a thorough skincare routine, other products may blend in more naturally. But if you use this product alone on top of your skincare, the oil content may increase over time, causing a shiny, greasy look, so oily-skinned folks should be cautious. (Combination skin types should also take note.) The initial color is similar to a BB cream, so there may be some transfer. Thorough cleansing is a must. For those with very fair skin, the tone-up effect may appear quite dramatic.
TipIt's best not to use an overly rich, oily skincare routine with this product. This product is quite hydrating, so a lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer would be a good match. It applies smoothly and doesn't feel heavy or suffocating. This could also work well as a makeup base!

It brightens dull and darkened skin, transforming it into a radiant, luminous complexion๐ The current makeup trend is focused on natural skin expression, which is why many makeup experts rely on tone-up creams. However, this derma-friendly, base-free tone-up cream was developed with the active involvement of artist Hamgyeongsik, who is a big fan of the 23years old product. The key advantage of this tone-up cream is its 0.1mm micro-coverage, which creates a thin and natural skin appearance. It provides a seamless 'makeup-on, makeup-off' look, making it a hassle-free daily option. With a formula resistant to sweat and oil, it keeps the complexion clear and luminous from morning to night without any creasing or graying under the eyes. I can vouch for its impressive longevity! The skin looks increasingly beautiful over time, showcasing the benefits of this tone-up cream. In addition to sun protection (SPF50+), the lightweight yet highly covering formula leaves the skin smooth and supple, allowing you to use it as a lovely daily tone-up cream. Excluding essential functional ingredients, all other components are rated 'green' by EWG. It is free of PEG, D5, tar-based colorants, artificial coloring, and fragrance, making it a gentle option for the skin.
Cons- While the finish is supple yet matte, there may be a slight dryness within. However, if you ensure adequate hydration, you can achieve a beautiful complexion. - There may be some pilling or flaking, but this can be resolved through proper cleansing and exfoliation. - There is a slight masking effect in the beige tone.
TipIt seems important to evenly distribute the product when applying. I've noticed a slight tendency for the cream to cling or clump, so using a damp sponge or puff can help achieve a more seamless application.

The shade seemed to be around #21, and I liked the pretty design.
ConsIt's a bit matte and has some transfer, which is disappointing. And the price range is not very affordable, so I'll have to think about continuing to use it.

As a result, I have not even been applying sunscreen. However, to take care of my skin, I started using a sunscreen product that also provides a tone-up effect. The one I'm currently using doesn't quite provide the tone-up I'd like, so I came across this product and decided to try it. When I first squeezed it onto the back of my hand, I thought 'Oh no, this is going to transfer a lot onto my mask.' (The left side of my hand is where I didn't apply it, and the right side is where I did.) So I applied it to my face without much expectation, but it did provide better tone-up than what I was using before (I normally use shade 21). However, it felt a bit heavy. Upon checking, the one I was using before was a sunscreen with a tone-up effect, while this product is a base tone-up cream with UV protection. Personally, I think if I'm going to have a transferring base, it might be better to just use a cushion foundation. But when I wiped off the product on my hand with a tissue, it didn't transfer as much as I had expected. I was surprised and curious to see how much it would transfer onto my mask, so I checked as soon as I got to work, and it didn't transfer as much as I had worried. And since I have sensitive skin, I was concerned about potential irritation, but I didn't experience any issues with this product, and the fragrance wasn't unpleasant either. Overall, I was fairly satisfied with it.
ConsThe downside is that over time, it becomes drying, wears off, and feels like it's lifting. So when I got home from work and checked my mask, it had transferred more than I had seen in the photos. I was disappointed again...
