I dislike creams that have a film-like coating on the surface, but this one didn't have that feeling, which I liked. And it is moisturizing. Ah, it also worked well when I used it with retinol. 🔎Packaging Dispenser Ointment-type or tube-type packaging often has the downside of oozing out a little under pressure, but this packaging has a very small dispenser that addresses that issue. 🔎Eco-friendly Packaging! The delivery box has paper tape and a paper package, showing that they considered the environment. Another satisfying aspect was that unlike other brands that give you all sorts of unnecessary paper? postcards? with your purchase, this one didn't have that.
Cons🔎Slight Irritation As my chin area is a bit sensitive, there was a slight irritation. There was a stinging and prickly sensation. But there was no eye irritation. 🔎Couldn't Feel Oil Control or Acne Symptom Relief I diligently applied it to the blackheads on my nose, but didn't feel much effect...? I've been applying it to the T-zone where I'm concerned about oil, but I'm not sure. 🔎Moisturizing Power These days it's very dry, so this was a bit lacking on its own. I think it would be good to use a richer cream together with this one.

Excellent spreadability The spreadability is really good. It has a bit more weight than a soothing cream, but it doesn't feel heavy or sticky, and it doesn't feel like it's going to just float away. In terms of spreadability alone, it's a 500-point product. 2. Moderately moisturizing I felt it was moisturizing enough, but my sister, who has drier skin than me, said it was a bit dry to use on its own. It's less moisturizing than the Dr.G Soothing Cream, but it doesn't make my face feel tight, so I felt this level of moisture was sufficient. 3. Good ingredients It contains peppermint, which is an ingredient that's not good for dry and sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any worsening of acne (or improvement either) and there was no stinging or itching. 4. No film formation I keep comparing it to the Dr.G Soothing Cream I used before, and that one would leave a layer of film if I didn't dry it properly or applied too much. This one doesn't form any film. The difference between products that leave a film and those that don't is significant - the film can feel like you're peeling something off when you wash your face in the morning. +I originally gave it 3 stars, but after using it for a while, my acne has improved by over 90% and the scars have faded... Ah, if only the price was a bit better...
Cons1. No oil control The product description said it regulates sebum, so I expected it to improve the oiliness on my nose, but there was no improvement at all. If they hadn't made that claim, I would have just treated it as a regular moisturizer without any expectations. If you buy this expecting oil control, I absolutely cannot recommend it. 2. Issues with the jar packaging You know how when you leave the lid open on an ointment, the product just keeps oozing out endlessly? That's exactly what happens with this. You have to quickly scoop out the right amount after opening the lid, because even without pressing, it just keeps flowing out. It might be fine once the product level goes down, but in the beginning, it's a hassle having to hurriedly apply it. 3. Price issue One of the things the Hwahae Trial Reviewers always emphasize is whether you'd be willing to repurchase the product at its full price. But this cream costs 37,000 won?... Even if I get it on sale or with coupons for around 30,000 won, I don't know. It's just a basic moisturizer (that's even a bit drying for my dehydrated skin), without any anti-aging or whitening benefits, and it doesn't even control oil. For 30,000 won, I think I'll look for other creams - I might have given it 4 stars if the price was a bit more reasonable.
