It feels incredibly gentle, almost like silicone, so it doesn't irritate the skin. For an even smoother glide, try applying an emulsion before using the gua sha - it works wonders! Fragrance Delight: While scent preferences vary, this has an artificial rose aroma. As someone who adores subtle floral notes, I'm absolutely smitten with it. Convenient Roller: The roller design dispenses product as it rolls, keeping your hands clean and making application a breeze. Adorable Design: Its compact and cute size makes it perfect for popping into your bag for on-the-go touch-ups.
ConsWhy I deducted two stars: Effectiveness Concerns: While I haven't used it for an extended period, I haven't noticed any significant results yet. On the bright side, it didn't cause any blemishes! Roller Quirks: Though the roller is convenient, it can be a bit stingy with product dispensing. Gua Sha Limitations: Due to the minimal amount of product applied, it's challenging to perform any meaningful massage with the gua sha tool alone.
TipFor best results, apply frequently throughout the day. Try pairing the gua sha tool with other products for a more effective massage routine.

Honestly, it was perfect for someone like me who finds it bothersome to dispense basic skincare products onto my hands. It's incredibly convenient - you just open the cap and roll it directly on your face! The scent was a subtle rose fragrance, not overpowering at all, which I really appreciated. I loved how it applied evenly on the skin and absorbed well. Since it's a rolling product, using it in the morning gave me a refreshing sensation, as if it was helping to reduce puffiness. It felt especially nice when applied under the eyes!
ConsThe gua sha tool included with the product didn't seem suitable for use with just this ampoule alone. Since only a small amount of the ampoule is dispensed during rolling, using the gua sha in this state felt like it might irritate the skin rather than benefit it.

Fragrance A subtle floral scent reminiscent of herbs and roses! It's not overwhelming, so even those sensitive to fragrances should be able to use it comfortably. I was satisfied that it doesn't have a strong cosmetic smell. When massaging the face or neck, the scent provides a sense of calm, almost like aromatherapy. 2. Texture For an ampoule, it has a relatively thin consistency. However, it's not so runny that it drips, and the amount dispensed with one roll is just right, so it's not inconvenient! At first, I thought it might be a bit sticky, but it quickly absorbs into the skin without any slipperiness, greasiness, or stickiness, leaving the skin smooth! It gives an instant hydration boost, making the skin feel silky smooth. I'm excited to see the long-term effects with consistent use. The texture is suitable even for combination dehydrated skin or oily skin types without feeling heavy. 3. Application The most noticeable feature right after application is the cooling effect! Even though it wasn't stored in a cold place, the cooling sensation makes massaging feel more effective. Storing it in the fridge could make it even better for reducing puffiness~ The rollerball glides smoothly without any squeaking, making it easy to massage. I've always been concerned about my nasolabial folds, so I'm planning to use it diligently morning and night for massage and collagen replenishment! The size is also perfect for massaging the neck and décolletage area.
ConsIn terms of application and texture, it's a solid product without any major drawbacks. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that it seems a bit pricey for the amount you get.
TipIt works great as a de-puffing treatment in the morning if you store it in the refrigerator!

Feel: Due to its fluid texture, it has a light feel and isn't sticky at all. Scent: It has a slightly artificial rose scent that might be hit or miss for some. Pros and impressions after use: I tend to apply a bit more pressure when using it on my scalp and décolletage, and I was worried the gua sha tool might break, but surprisingly, it's quite sturdy. The best part is its high collagen content. You know how some brands add just a tiny amount of collagen and market it as a 'collagen ampoule'? Those products should be embarrassed to even mention collagen in their name! This one, however, doesn't skimp on the good stuff. Plus, it uses low molecular weight collagen, which should absorb well into the skin. While I did notice some drawbacks, overall, if you're a gua sha enthusiast looking for a high-collagen ampoule, I'd recommend giving this a try.
ConsDrawbacks: The scent was a bit strong for my liking. It had this artificial rose-like fragrance. I wish they'd either make it very subtle or remove it entirely. It contains fragrance and perfume (though the exact percentage is unknown, they're listed towards the end of the ingredients, so normal skin types might not react sensitively). However, even trace amounts can sometimes trigger reactions in sensitive skin. Remember, it's not about blindly accepting or rejecting ingredients, but finding what works for you. Skin reactions can vary based on skin type, current condition, and formulation - no one can guarantee how your skin will react. Fortunately, my skin didn't have a sensitive reaction. Price-wise, it could use a bit more of a discount. The amount of product is on the smaller side, and collagen isn't the most expensive ingredient out there (compared to, say, retinal or EGF, which are often cited as costly ingredients). I understand that the gua sha tool and packaging might increase the cost, and it's especially great for gua sha enthusiasts. Still, more frequent sales for consumers would be appreciated!
TipThis is great for gua sha lovers! It's perfect for areas you can work with the gua sha tool and for targeting small areas with wrinkle concerns. (With only 20ml, it's not really meant for full-face application - you'd run out before you know it!) The gua sha tool is surprisingly durable. I've been using it regularly, even when applying other skincare products.

Fragrance: It has a subtle rose scent that's not overpowering, which I love. It's just fresh enough, and as someone who doesn't like strong fragrances in products, I found this pleasantly satisfying. 2. Application and Texture: The roller ball dispenses just the right amount of serum, not too much. I appreciate how the roller ball provides a cooling effect and allows for targeted massage. If you want extra massage, you can open the cap and use the built-in massage head, which is a great feature. 3. Texture: It applies lightly without feeling heavy on the skin. It's hydrating, and unlike many other collagen products that can feel sticky, this one doesn't have any stickiness at all. I was worried the lightweight formula might dry quickly, but that wasn't the case at all.
ConsWhile it's great for targeting specific areas of concern, those who want to apply it all over their face at once might find the roller ball a bit small for that purpose.
TipFollowing the instructions, I used the built-in massage cap to press along my neckline, and it felt wonderfully refreshing.

It would be great to pack for trips. Scent - It has a pleasant, subtle floral fragrance. Unlike some products with overpowering scents that can cause headaches, this one has a mild, enjoyable aroma that doesn't linger too strongly after application. Absorption - It absorbs instantly upon application, leaving no sticky residue. It would be perfect for summer use! Usually, products containing collagen tend to be extremely sticky, but not this one! Being a roll-on type product, it's convenient to carry in your purse and apply frequently with a quick swipe. It's also easy to apply to narrow areas like the sides of your nose. Very practical! Despite the small product volume, the roll-on application prevents overuse, allowing for economical usage.
ConsThe texture might be too light for winter use, and it would probably shine more in summer. The built-in gua sha tool may not create much synergy with this essence-like formulation.
TipRemember to reapply frequently for best results!

Thank you! I followed along with YouTube videos as the last step of my night routine. The morning after using gua sha, I was satisfied to see a noticeable reduction in facial puffiness. However, it felt more like the effect of the massage itself rather than the product. - The ampoule itself has a lightweight texture with a slight cooling effect. It didn't trigger any blemishes, which was great. I especially appreciated the good ingredients. The scent is a subtle floral fragrance that's not overpowering.
ConsIt's not great for gua sha use, unfortunately. Gua sha should be done after applying plenty of cream, but the feel of this product wasn't ideal when applied over cream. On the other hand, applying cream after gua sha with this product caused the cream to pill. Since it's marketed for gua sha, I wish the texture was more suitable for gua sha with the ampoule. It's a bit disappointing.
TipIf you're not planning to do an intense gua sha routine like in YouTube videos, this product is pretty good! When you apply the ampoule while gently rolling it on your cheeks, you can feel your skin becoming more firm and supple.

It's not overpowering or strong, and you can only smell it when you put your nose close to where you've applied it. It's quite pleasant. Application & Absorption: The Hwahae Testers give this a perfect score! When you roll the ampoule with the rollerball, it absorbs so quickly that you can go over the same area twice. Even when applied around the eyes, it absorbs rapidly, reducing the risk of irritation or getting into your eyes. Hydration: As this is primarily a collagen ampoule, I didn't expect high levels of hydration. While it's not particularly moisturizing, it's not drying either. The hydrating effect is on the lower side. Oil Content: There's barely any oiliness! It absorbs so quickly that you might not even notice any oil, but from my experience, it leaves the skin feeling smooth without any greasy residue. Irritation: I was initially concerned about the rollerball being too heavy on the skin, but I didn't experience any major blemishes, itching, or redness. However, if you roll it over areas that are already prone to or have existing blemishes, they might become more noticeable the next day. Overall Review: I used this after toner and my regular serum, rolling it on while watching TV. I did about two light passes over my entire face. If I had to go out, I'd roll it on once more before applying sunscreen. I'm really satisfied with how well it absorbs! I paid extra attention to my eye wrinkles and nasolabial folds, and I feel like the area under and at the corners of my eyes has softened a bit! I also used the massage tool on my neck after rolling, pushing outwards, which felt refreshing and nice. It seems to have a dual effect. The scent is pleasant, and above all, the biggest advantage is being able to care for your skin without getting product on your fingers. It's so convenient and effective that I'm considering repurchasing it!
ConsOccasionally, the ampoule doesn't come out while rolling. When this happens, I have to press it lightly on my wrist before applying. It's not a major inconvenience, but it's a bit disappointing.
TipYou can use it while watching TV, quickly before going out, or anytime! Even when applied alone after generously using toner, it doesn't leave your skin feeling dry!

Scent: Subtle rose fragrance that's not overpowering, making it easy to use without any aversion Positives: Loved that I could apply it using the roller without touching my face directly. Though it's a bit small, it allowed for precise application in areas like around the nose. Mainly used before bed. It leaves the skin feeling hydrated, and when I apply an emulsion after it's slightly dried, my skin looks full of moisture and has a glow. The next morning, my face doesn't look greasy or cakey, which is great. Also, makeup seems to apply better! (Please note this is based on my personal experience with my skin!) Oh, and even though I apply it generously, the product doesn't seem to be running out quickly due to its ample quantity. I think this will last me a while!
ConsI haven't found any downsides yet. While it comes with a gua sha tool which is good for massaging, I haven't been able to use it properly as I'm not sure how to use it correctly.
TipWhen I use this after a wash-off mask, my makeup seems to apply even better the next day - just my personal feeling!

Quite strong fragrance ✔️User Experience - Gua sha tool under the cap, roller ball when twisted open - Comfortable to massage with due to lightweight, handheld size - Easy to control amount with roller application - Slight cooling effect when roller touches skin - Light texture, not heavy or oily like typical ampoules - Adequately hydrating without feeling sticky - Leaves skin feeling fresh, not oily after absorption - Convenient for skincare and massage simultaneously
Cons- Need long-term use to confirm effectiveness, but somewhat pricey - Initially feels like ampoule is dispensing with cooling sensation, but after a few rolls, it's unclear if product is still coming out, leading to frequent checks on back of hand
Tip- Apply ampoule with roller ball for quick acupressure, then massage with gua sha tool without waiting for absorption - home spa treatment complete!
