This is the best lip balm among department store brands. My lips are extremely dry, flaky, and thick, but this product manages to give a matte finish while providing excellent hydration and completely taming dead skin cells. The packaging is luxurious, it comes with a pouch, and the scent is lovely. It's truly outstanding.
