Size: It's truly massive! It covers both my cheeks entirely. For those with smaller faces, it might even reach the mask line. It's more than enough to cover areas with lots of blemishes and then some. The size gets a perfect score from me. Patch: I didn't experience any hives, skin irritation, or pimples where it contacted my skin. The inner hydrogel seemed to work well for me. However, there was a slight itching sensation. There was also a mild cooling effect that lasted quite a while. I used it while hiking, and it stayed put even with sweat. Price: Considering the large size and that you get 4 sets of 2 patches each, I think the price is reasonable. In terms of value for money, it's good in my opinion.
