Since it's a product that adheres to the skin, you shouldn't apply too much of your base skincare products underneath. As it's a product that sticks to the skin, if you apply too much moisturizing skincare underneath, it may not adhere well and could fall off. After cleansing, I'd recommend just using toner to prep the skin, then applying this product. Afterward, you can apply the rest of your skincare to other areas. I love the large size. Used it while hiking and it has great staying power. It doesn't fall off until you remove it. It doesn't adhere well to curved areas, but honestly, that's not a big issue! Great value during the Hwahae sale. The areas where it's applied have definite sun protection. I bought this for my cycling trip to Jeju Island. Used it for a 3-day bike tour, and it stayed on well with great adhesion. It doesn't completely prevent sunburn, as one might expect.
