First off, it's cooling, which feels refreshing, and it adheres really well to the skin! This was my first time trying a sun patch, and I have to say, I'm impressed! I don't play golf, but I tried this when working in the fields. I was worried sunscreen alone wouldn't be enough, but this completely blocked out the sun. It's fantastic! I used this during my Southeast Asian trip. I loved how it covered a large area. The adhesion weakened when I started sweating... I wouldn't recommend using it for water activities.
