As someone with seborrheic/sensitive scalp who can't use just any shampoo, I found this quite satisfactory. It has good cleansing effectiveness without triggering scalp blemishes. It leaves the hair feeling somewhat stiff, so a conditioner is essential. While the scalp feels refreshed and clean, it's slightly drying for daily use. The fragrance didn't particularly impress me. I've tried various anti-dandruff shampoos, struggling with hair loss, scalp itching, and limp hair. It was hard to find the right shampoo for me. But after purchasing this product, which claims to alleviate hair loss symptoms, I noticed less hair falling out. Especially in winter when my scalp tends to be dry, I didn't experience any itching! Even after going out, my hair stayed fresh at night, so I said goodbye to the hair oil powder I used to use. That's how impressed I was - I only saw advantages! The scent isn't overpowering, and there's a refreshing feeling on the scalp after cleansing. Don't worry though, it's not so cooling that you can't use it in winter. If I had to pick a downside... It feels refreshing on the scalp and has a pleasant sensation. I really like that it doesn't cause much damage to my hair. The volume seems a bit disappointing. It runs out faster than expected with daily use.
