For those who have used it from the beginning, you would know that the biggest downside was the previous non-tube packaging. Now that has been improved, so there really aren't any significant downsides anymore. If I had to pick one, it would be that the price is on the higher side.

I've been using it for several years now. I occasionally get inflammatory acne, and while using it together with dermatological treatment, the acne scars have definitely faded and my dehydrated skin has improved significantly.
It worked so well that I used it for a long time, even though I had spent a lot of money on dermatological visits. Since my skin has improved so much, I'm now considering whether I should continue using it for additional benefits like anti-aging.

There doesn't seem to be anything particularly disappointing. As long as it's not too expensive.
