Those who've been using it from the beginning will know that its biggest drawback was the packaging before the tube. Since they improved that, there are really no drawbacks. If I had to pick one, I'd say it's a bit on the pricey side?

I've been using this for years. I used to get occasional cystic acne and started using this alongside my dermatologist treatments. It's definitely faded my acne scars and significantly improved my deep dryness. It's so effective that I almost regret the money spent at the dermatologist! I've used it for a long time because it's made my skin so much better. Now I'm at a point where I'm wondering if I should continue using it or switch to something with anti-aging or other additional benefits.

Can't really think of any downsides. If only it weren't so pricey...

The price is absolutely wicked. For years, I was happily stocking up when it was 13,000 won, but suddenly the price jumped to 40,000 won with the same packaging and ingredients. There's no free shipping above a certain amount anymore. What's really infuriating is that they send a 'secret' link to those who bought it at 40,000 won. Anyone can buy from that link if shared. The audacity! There, it's priced around 17,000 won with free shipping over 50,000 won. Clearly, they're planning to keep selling at 17,000 won after this price hike. It's like they're trying to make a big profit off unsuspecting customers by selling at 40,000 won first. Disgusting attitude. There seems to be a lot of artificial promotion and reviews too. Either they've changed management or the company suddenly looks really cheap. Never buying again.

It's great for combination skin and soothing blemishes. The texture isn't greasy and applies relatively smoothly. I've been using it consistently since it was first released.
