  Out of all the toners I've tried, this one gave me the most significant results in the shortest time. I received it as a sample with another purchase, and it's truly amazing... My blemishes completely disappeared, leaving my skin clear!

  The consistency is very thin, almost like water. It tends to run off while trying to absorb it into the skin...

  Compared to an exfoliating toner, this absorbing toner is more hydrating and I prefer it

  My face is a disaster zone with blemishes, combination dehydrated skin, and super sensitive skin. Fortunately, this product didn't cause any tingling sensation when I used it. The next day, I felt my complexion had improved, making me think, 'Ah, this is my holy grail toner!' and I've stuck with it ever since. Also, I prefer a watery texture over a creamy one, so I loved how it flows like water.

  As mentioned above, the formula is completely water-like, so if you dislike products that run, you might want to choose something else.
