It's moisturizing with long-lasting hydration, and it doesn't feel too sticky on the skin. I'm surprised to see negative reviews about the Phellodendron amurense ingredient. This was a brand I trusted, but thanks to Hwahae, I've learned about this issue. Also, the texture is a bit runny. Personally, both in application and texture, it feels very similar to Vaseline balm. My high expectations made the disappointment even greater. Looking at Hwahae, the ingredient list doesn't look great, and it's too greasy and sticky. It spreads smoothly without irritating the skin. Perfect for frequent application when your skin feels dry. I usually trust and buy Pyunkang Yul products for their good ingredients, but this one has quite a few concerning components, which is disappointing. I got this at a great price on Hwahae. It applies smoothly and absorbs well. It feels more like Vaseline than a cream or balm. There's an odd scent that I'm not fond of.

Be gentle when applying around the eyes and lips as it can soften a bit if you press too hard. It seems to melt well with skin temperature. But that means it's not harsh on the face at all. It's so gentle, oh so gentle! * As it's a moisturizing balm, I prefer to use it as the final step in my routine. * It's a bit on the softer side, so you might want to use it carefully. This is an incredibly moisturizing and ideal balm that doesn't cause any blemishes. I use other stick products too, but with this one, I don't need to apply multiple layers. Just one swipe keeps my skin hydrated until morning. It applies really well, but it seems a bit too soft. Even when I just use it around my eyes, I can noticeably see the size decreasing. Am I the only one who thinks this? After applying the Dear Mam moisturizer, I use this only around my eyes and mouth before going to bed. It works great!
