As someone who had extremely sensitive skin in my 20s, I spent those years using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, Body Wash, and Cream. Thanks to that, I was able to restore my skin health and now have a face that can handle just about anything. 
When buying cosmetics, I tend to purchase them in sets, which means I also get the eye cream that comes with them. Since the skin around the eyes is so delicate, the formula can easily get disrupted, and too much nourishment can also cause issues.
In that regard, I highly recommend the Cetaphil Optimal Hydration Refreshing Eye Serum. I once saw a Cetaphil slogan that said 'When the #1 brand makes it, the results can't be anything less,' and I really feel this company is dedicated to developing technologies that make skin comfortable.
The eye cream's applicator is amazing. It has a silicone tip that allows you to gently massage the sensitive eye area. Plus, the formula is gentle, glides on smoothly, and is incredibly moisturizing and hydrating. (If the size and price allowed, I'd want to slather this all over my face!)
The ingredients include low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and blue daisy extract, so this is a great option for those with stubborn dark circles. 
Personally, I prefer fragrance-free products, so that's an added plus for me as well.

In addition to Cetaphil's distinctive fragrance, this product is non-irritating. Those who dislike Cetaphil's characteristic cream scent should avoid it. I found it to be almost fragrance-free. It is more of a cream than a serum, spreading smoothly and evenly across the entire face. However, I was initially surprised when only a transparent liquid came out upon first dispensing it, and had to shake and apply it manually.

When squeezing the cream onto the undereye area, the soft silicone applicator helps dispense it cleanly and evenly.

I can't find any downsides. Try using it to prevent eye wrinkles early on. You'll regret it if you wait until you're older.

When I apply the eye cream, my eyes look good despite the milia, and there are no blemishes at all, which is great.
I'm quite sensitive to scents, but the unscented one was also good, and the cooling sensation as soon as I apply it was nice.
I tend to avoid eye creams that are too oily, but this one feels more moisturizing than oily, which I liked.
It's also not bulky or heavy, so I can easily pack it in my travel pouch and reapply it whenever needed.

When I apply and do my makeup, the makeup tends to slide off.

There is a plastic tip in front, but it's a bit firm to use directly on the eyes, so it's better to dispense it onto your hand and then apply.

I was surprised that it was just full of moisture and had little oiliness! It seems to be a good serum for those with oily, combination skin.
And during use, I didn't get any pimples or skin irritation.
The bottle cap is not a twist-off, but a pull-open and close (?) type, which I found more convenient and better than a twist cap.

To achieve a more nourishing feel, you could try applying this serum first, then follow up with a cream and facial oil mixed together on top.

However, it feels a bit too lightweight and lacks the richness I'm used to from my regular body lotion.
Even when I apply it all over my face, I still feel like my skin is lacking in both moisture and oil.
Perhaps due to the lack of richness, I haven't really noticed any significant effects yet.
